since it was emergency landing, Pakistan should treat the person with respect and send them back, plus the helicopter which is Govt of India property be return ASAP. Indian military personals should be given access to Indian Embassy Officials or they should be return today. This type of situation can happen to any one, even Pakistan helicopter can come to our side.

it is rough area, LOC is not straight line therefore if weather is not good, helicopter can land in wrong area or in the other side of LOC in emergency. In case of civilian aircraft they have right to land in any country in case of emergency, as per International law. If Pak want to act smart now they can do it, but they should be ready for strong action.

I hope they dont show their Pakistaniyat and respect the human rights of the pilot. Pakis are known to do that and the first thing that came to my mind was Lt Saurabh Kalia.

GoI should make sure there is enough pressure put on Pak that not even a hair of the pilot is touched.

Technically though the pilot has landed into Indian territory of Gilgit.

Since we are not in a conflict mode i highly doubt anything of that sort.

But getting brownie points out of it.. oh yeahh.. a much needed morale for the desperate lot.Hence they will bring it to even the tables.
