Any photos of LOMADS ly-80 in Pak colors? Will they be part of Air force or the army?

That's not the army, that's the anti-narcotics force.

The picture is of a weekly ceremony where captured drugs and alcohol are displayed before being publicly destroyed. Drugs mostly come from Afghanistan while alcohol is smuggled in from India.

Pakistan Army officers who went for classes at US Military are known to drink wines. Some openly, some at closed rooms. God knows how many other officers also drink wines.

Talking about drugs, the drugs menace in Indian Punjab & Kashmir is done by Narco-terrorists coordinating with Pak Rangers & Soldiers.

Deal with it.

Not satisfied with the trials conducted of T-84 from #Ukraine, VT-4 from #China and Altay from #Turkey, Pakistan eyes T-90 from #Russia as their next main battle tank, reported. However, it is only Pakistan's desire to buy and not of Russia's to sell!

Did they test Altay? I am not sure if that is true.

China to give 48 high-end drones to Pakistan
Wing Loong II made its maiden flight in February last year

IANS, PTI
16:07 October 9, 2018
Beijing: China will give 48 high-end drones to its close ally Pakistan, a deal, which experts say, could be the biggest of its kind.

The Chinese media reported about the development after India struck a $5 billion (Dh18.3 billion) deal with Russia to buy S-400 defence systems. China is Pakistan’s biggest arms supplier.

Wing Loong II, made by Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Company, is a high-end reconnaissance and strike multi-role endurance unmanned aircraft system. The cost and the time period of delivery of drones were not known.

The Global Times said the deal was announced by Pakistan Air Force’s Sherdils Aerobatic Team on Sunday.

The report cited the aerobatics team as saying that in the future the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra and the Aviation Industry Corporation of China’s Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Company will jointly manufacture the drones.

New post of Vice Chief of General Staff created at GHQ.
Earlier anyone promoted to Lt Gen could become CGS but now new criteria states that CGS must have at least 1 year experience of corps commader.

Pakistan wants to buy T-90 from Russia. As part of its modernization plans for its armoured regiments,Pakistan is looking to buy around 600 tanks.

Pakistan is also buying 245 Mike 10SP SPH from Italy. Now what is this Mike 10 sph?

The best part is,it remains to be seen from where they will source the required dollars to buy these tanks. And Pakistan can forget the Russian T-90 for another 10 years.

If they actually want T-90 as media articles are citing, they'll need $2.5-3 billions. Damned billions even after balance of payment crisis.
