Well the entire video is very insightful and well worth the time.

Some main points are:
-- Conflicting interests between US and Pakistan on going after all militants. US wants action against all groups. Pakistan wants to go after only those groups that attack Pakistani interests. He discusses this in quite detail on why this is so, in particular the threat of a huge suicide bombing campaign in mainland Pakistan.
-- PA/ISI/GoP are facing a tough fight against militants. They have had to pay off militants and release arrested militants just to get their own troops or officials released.
-- After action against groups, militant groups keep slintering and become more difficult to identify. Many tactics used in Pakistan are similar to Kashmiri groups used in India
-- Pakistani security establishment is paranoid by a perceived Indo-US-Afghanistan nexus. Possible way to assuage this would be the intelligence apparatus of all countries sit together and have a "peace deal". Consulates are a trivial issue.
-- Just like US considers Pakistan as an indispensable but dishonest part, Pakistan thinks of US the same way.
-- China is considered as the only country that has helped Pakistan in its time of need.
-- Musharraf was a disaster, particularly 2006-2007 and US should not promote him to come back as a democratic leader of Pakistan

AHAA! So this does mean that there are militant groups officially IN Pakistani national interests which also tacitly proves that Pakistani government supports and approves terrorism openly. Something they've been denying all this long.

-- PA/ISI/GoP are facing a tough fight against militants. They have had to pay off militants and release arrested militants just to get their own troops or officials released.
To avoid this why the F*** doesn't PA shoot the arrested militants and keep just 1 or 2 secretly for interrogation? This means PA has orders to release there "religious warriors".

-- After action against groups, militant groups keep slintering and become more difficult to identify. Many tactics used in Pakistan are similar to Kashmiri groups used in India
Like the taste of your own bloody medicine eh? What Kashmiri groups? You $h!theads are the reason why Kashmir has become a hell for all Indians to go. If you hadn't meddled, we'd have made it into a tourism paradise generating 10 times more revenue than entire Pakistan.

-- Pakistani security establishment is paranoid by a perceived Indo-US-Afghanistan nexus. Possible way to assuage this would be the intelligence apparatus of all countries sit together and have a "peace deal". Consulates are a trivial issue.
You just wait and watch what we do with that country you call yours. 21 years of butchering and Mulla madness in Kashmir by you was very just and now when we pay you back in your own coin, you find it all unjust eh? Paws off Kashmir or we continue what we did to you in 1971.

-- Just like US considers Pakistan as an indispensable but dishonest part, Pakistan thinks of US the same way.
US is trying to milk a mare that's been dead for last 10 years. Bush was realizing this but Obama just went back 2 decades thinking that it is still Cold War on.

-- China is considered as the only country that has helped Pakistan in its time of need.
So it is official; the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is to become People's Republic of Pakistan soon.

-- Musharraf was a disaster, particularly 2006-2007 and US should not promote him to come back as a democratic leader of Pakistan
You will have a leader if we let you live as a nation isn't it? Just wait and watch how much we can meddle and how much terrorism we can fund in your bloody Pakistan.
