most of the pic shows a place in mess and then it is cleaned. few of the picture shows initial phases of construction at the place of disaster.
though first case is hardly a wonder provided that nation has enough money to buy new machinery in short time to work. though second case, is bit different,
a pvt company in India will do the same thing but in case of govt entity only maharatna company or company related to strategic utility will do such swift acts
