We need foreign coaches because with Indian coaches we end up with politics. Plus foreign coaches are go through better training to be a coach and they usually get all kinds of well trained support staff like Kirsten did.

If you ask me, among Indians - Saurav Ganguly and among Foreigners - Stephen Fleming or Tom Moody.

Fleming is good choice and he has a very good rapport with Dhoni as a part of CSK
