Pakistanis must be happy, we upgrade them at par with there best friend. No one does that. Not even China.

It seems that Agni 1 has been remodeled. All fins seems to have been removed. Now would it be possible to decrease length of Agni 1 by making it more fatter and shorter? That will diminish need for a such a long trailer.

Other than the fact that it can carry 1 tonne warhead. A-1 serves no purpose compared to Shaurya. Why then are we pushing for canisterized A-1? A-4/A-5 make a lot of sense and Shaurya is already canisterized.

Well actually even Shaurya can carry 1 tonne payload..

The title gives the idea that Pakistan has developed a new RV .

The image shows tail fins removed , most probably a new development of A1 .

Read in twitter few days ago that they were developing an all composite A1 .... this must be the one .

By the looks it can be easily canistered .

But the confusion is why such a new development when shaurya is already there with the capability to fool ABM .

About long TEL. It is economic to have same for A1 to A5.

Ofcourse we have shaurya missile. But we should have as many options ss possible. Plus it will have more range. Idea is to have single stage missile from far away from border to be launched towards enemy.

i think RV has build in liquid motor for anti BMD operations. Canisterization like A5 will help to store it for far longer time.

But these type of trailer TELs we operate are less mobile than the soviet type BM TELs .

Also they don't appear to have much off-road capabilty .

Why do you need it? The whole idea is to blend in with the road traffic so no one can detect them. Russia has vast siberian tracts where the MAZ TEL's can hide. These TEL's stand out like a sore thumb in India.
