    No thats not the reason. In general, the relations between India and US is on a high. They dont see us from the Cold War angle anymore. Thats why we got the Hercules, P8, Trenton etc..P-8 is not even complete and we have been given. Shows the level of relationship between the two countries.

    The point is why should the stop the deal at first, supposing their is a problem in relation than they should stop the deal at all but not a going around deal just for ratification- that's a bad idea, any ways thanks for their quick response.

    i think payeng their was a gap of communication and a bit confusion between their departments cuz the engines we are buying are dual purpose civilian type...and we will be using them on military platforms...
