We live market economy so spare me the crony crap

Socialist led to 1992. Downfall

Now about time if you heard the army they are not satisfied with of ofb rifles

And they are asking for further improvement

Now you have given me example of China and Russia both countries autocractic regime

Have ever visited there PSU

And have visited HAL and OFb
Seen there work environments

I based my experience with OFB and there work ethics
Your market regime is nothing but corruption and short sightedness. Trading on natural resources lead to nowhere. Natural resources are finite and they will run out eventually. Socialism and Capitalism aren't the only systems. People lived even before these systems came, FYI.

No one cares for your satisfaction. Just give the specifications which are realistic and get your product. Simple. If you don't know to give specifications, it is your fault. If you find an alternative, tell that and reverse engineering of mechanisms can be done.

The mindset or culture thing is a whole different can of worms, so not touching it. But making a reliable and effective rifle is no child's play. Look at the SA80 program. On paper the L85A1 was a potent rifle with proven internals, look what happened.
British had a functioning L1A1 but unnecessarily went for SA80 and arbitrarily chose it without testing. No, the rifle didn't have real problems but problems due to poor engineering. The rifle was not meant for rough use but was delicate. They used thin metals and flimsy stock to cut down on cost and weight.

When the rifle was used in real battlefield, they realised that the engineers were bunch of basement dwellers who don't understand reality.

As per rumours,MCIWS/AAR is dead,or needs more clarifications. That is why i said that.

Damn,Is this MCIWS/AAR or Schrodinger's cat ? Both Alive and Dead at same time, until someone opens the box and look inside to verify the true conditon ??
I'm pretty sure FN, CZ, Izmash or Springfield Arsenal all have some internal museum filled to the brim with trials rifles or different designs that were never adopted. Would be a real privilege to be allowed to visit them.

Two things...again, i maybe wrong ...

1. The number, 1.15 Lakh seems highly optimistic....My thoughts are the actual number of 7.62x51mm rifles imported, will be much smaller. The rest of the rifles will be 5.56x45mm rifles of indian origin.

2. As per me, Galil ACE 7.62x51 has a better chance of being the rifle selected instead of Tavor 7 which is a Bullpup design and maynot be suitable as general issue to infantry...

again only time will tell..

You want no recoil.
Here's a VICE employed New York hipster journo firing a counterbalanced recoil reduction AK-107.

Another one.
may be they are good at sport shooting events but bad at fielding at frontlines.

When our guys say MAY BE or GOING TO induct that means either it will take 2-3 years or totally it getting shelved.

Russian special forces use it and I think the ground infantry forces are testing it in small numbers.

As if your British masters can understand what you speak.
Lol, so many Chinese fall into that same old "British masters" non sense about India. Just because you are completely unaware about India's relations with Britain or any other country doesn't mean you can spout bullshit here. You people were gang raped by all the European countries, not only Britain. Let's not forget about the Indian soldiers massacring Chinese people under the British flag. And the chinese solution to use kung fu against bullets (boxer rebellion), which worked out spectacularly. :pound::pound:
