As Director of the Territorial Army, Director of the Infantry and creator of the NAtional Cadet Corp a complete seamless grass roots qualified source of the largest army of the world was the brain child of Brigadier Rajendra Singh.
I await the claims from any other general or writer to challenge this claim.
