^ Actually I differ @Bornubus, the American - Africans people are nice and down to earth. They understand what racism is and more than often stand along with non Americans on the issue. In US the conviction rate, poverty, unemployment among them is really very high. And its not that they are more crime prone than others, its just that system holds them guilty more than often. The western system favors white and those who "serve" white, because decision makers in system are predominantly white. Just think when Obama was contesting for presidency, what kind of vile racists rants he had to hear from not only his opposition but also from within his party. And they are yet to stand on their own feet as official discrimination ended only in late 60's - early 70's. It wil take come more time and efforts to completely have homogenized society. US will have to get up and sit , and really think on three things:
1. Curb private gun ownership. Have system in place similar to Britain or India with regards civilian gun ownership.
2. Introduce reservations for their American-Africans and Native Americans modeled on the lines of Indian reservation system for Backward classes. It does help in maintaining social harmony of country.
3. Tone down Police Aggression. Have you ever seen in India a traffic police man carrying gun while challan-ing/fining a speeding car? In America, Traffic cops approach traffic offender with one hand on gun in holster.

Infact, strictly implementing first will help immensely in implementing third.

An interesting thing which came to my notice was that China has a human rights council exclusively dedicated to hearing human rights violations happening in the US (informally referred to as the "China Human Rights Report"). This government organization was apparently started by China as a tit-for-tat response to the US taking potshots at China being a human rights shithole. Immediately after this happened, the US reports about Chinese human rights violations went down drastically, now it rarely gets any coverage in US media, except an oblique and vague reference here and there about lack of 'freedom', but the pointed ideologically motivated attacks aimed at shaming China on the international platform have stopped.

What's more sickening is that instead of starting afresh and building upon what has already been achieved, the blacks have given into exploiting "the white man's guilt" and their own inferiority complex.
When the Europeans landed in Africa to colonise, they did not find even one two-storied house in the entire continent. This is the history and civilisation of the Negroes. There are of course natural reasons for this, the most significant of them being the IQ, which is lowest in the world.
@Batfan says they are not dumb becuase they are black, but this is exactly why they are dumb. A whole race devoid of any great ruler, any great city, any great empire, any great architecture is inferior in all aspects. We don't even have to look at the colour of the skin. Even if a white skinned civilisation were so backward we would call them dumb. But then again, the white, the brown, the yellow and the red are not so dumb are they?

Blacks are surely more racist in America than whites. Also noteworthy is the deep difference between "African Americans" and true Africans. Africans are everything the afro-ams are not. At least they do not have a rootless existence. At least they have a country, their own land, their own waters. At least they have their own shanties to grow into cities (just like Europe was a shanty once upon a time). I have respect for Africans, but no respect for the spoilt and illiterate Negroes Americans so lovingly call "African Americans".

India won't be different than Africa if all its states would have demanded to be different nations. That's what happening in Africa and ME. There is identity conflict and who is greater than who. We luckily got to be a unified nation but that's what the Africa isn't previlaged with. Africa along with Asian colonies were the reason why Europe became prosperous.
Although I can agree with you on the part that huge number of African-American just forget how privileged they are than their African counter parts and the Africans are the one why i have respect for the blacks.

No it is discrimination, take people on the bases on race is wrong.No will hire or take dumb and incompetent people because they are of a fixed race.Why is Indian American community so successful ,because they want to be . The richest community in USA is Asian not whites it is why because they are more hard working and more educated. Unfortunately the white man of America has given in to this as well. They call it affirmative action. That by itself is a kind of reservation.

There was no force which could've had prevented us to form single political entity, yes India was occupied by foreigners but it was only Indians that freed this country ---- United India was an inevitibility if not in 1947 than few years later but salute to Sardar patel that he made this happen by 1950. Hindus will always live together, they always had, our Gurus came from South and establish 4 dham at 4 corners. Similarly Aryan ideas traveled to south by various Rishis such as Agastya.

India was an united entity bounded by common ideas for thousands of years. Even before British it was a single political entity from Mauryan to British. Even though it was devided among kingdoms, they were our people. Now the gun laws will be made more stringent in USA.

The reason being, White population constitutionally got guns to keep Blacks in check.

This incident will change the way White population think about guns as Blacks have now shown their 'Intent' and 'Motive' by this 'Act' of violence using sophisticated guns.

The aftermath is not how many people got killed or will be killed, but now Black population know who to escalate.

I would warn watchers not to treat it as typical USA gun violence incident.

Stop kidding yourself with this white-centric narrative of 'stakeholders'. It is this re-conciliatory tone which led people even in India to demand semi-autonomous dominion status when others were asking for full independence during our freedom struggle. Notice how the white crowd there has unanimously responded with disdain against this #BLM movement right from the average joe on the street to the top level leadership. I've never seen any white person speaking about re-conciliation. They go about their business with realpolitik in mind.

Bahamut, the wrong in reservation system is precisely what was wrong in caste system. That is ability to pass benefits of "caste privileges" from ancestors to offspring on virtue of being born in that caste. The system should prevent families who already benefited from the reservation once and make way way for other down trodden. And after few years reassess your society which community or set of people will benefit from such reservations,and extend it to them, so that they can again stand on their feet.

The reservation system's drawbacks are there because how it has been twisted by politicos for their needs. The reservation system should only be seen as "repair system". And as such providing reservations for downtrodden so that they can stand on their own feet should be done
