PM Modi in Canada: What 'atmosphere of trust' in India is he talking about? - Firstpost
The article uses a title that doesn't fit the rest of the piece so he can grab attention and then go on some random rant. Modi's comment on "there is a new atmosphere of trust on our nation.†meant that Western nations are getting closer to India as we move past the mistrust of the cold war, the proof of new trust is like 10000 business agreements, joint development programs, transfer of military technology, easing of sensitive or high tech military weapons and systems, the nuclear deal, on and on and on.
Modi was clearly right when he said it, as for what some guy in one party that isn't even Modi's party but is friends with his party said, blah blah, it doesn't matter. It has nothing to do with Mr. Modi. With 1.3B people, there will always be people saying wild and insane things. People need to stop creating unnecessary drama by putting up nonsense with the formula "some idiot anywhere in an entire nation or massive group + "person isn't even that important or is out right completely irrelevant" + "hyper idiotic comment".
The growth during UPA-I was because of the then NDA government economic policies. If one says that UPA-I is responsible for economic growth, then why din't the economy grow with the same pace in the UPA-II regime? They looted INDIA for 10 years and they say that PM MODI ji is insulting India by saying that the previous government was corrupt. " THE WORLD KNOWS THAT UPA LOOTED IDNDIA AND IT WAS THE MOST CORRUPT GOVERNMENT INDIA HAS EVER SEEN IN THE 60 YEARS OF INDEPENDENT INDIA....."
What is new in PM MODI ji telling the well known truth? Why is the SICKULAR KANGRESS FEELING SO BAD......?
Don't worry guys, there would be plenty such articles coming out from the anti-BJP camp and would be getting the prime spots too, as the assembly elections come closer. However, they would damage little since the LS proved that the journos of this nation has already lost all the credibility to the masses. Therefore, let them vent it. At least in their frustration, they will unmask themselves.
Well this guy has ever been to Saudi Arabia where women are not allowed to drive let alone vote.. India needs some lunatic talkers to take care of the other end of the lunatics who have been driving the country to the ground. We just got a balance after so long..
If you are talking about majoritarian politics gobaly we are a minority. Is the writer blind to that fact?
Yes sometimes a few need to be sacrificed for the greater good thats the premise under which any soilder makes the supreme sacrifice
India does not have to woo any segment of the society. We have laws if someone is finding it difficult following them let them get out to any place they are welcome to go.
In 2010 : Is the nation in a coma?
In a popular prime-time television discussion in Germany, the panellist, a member of the German Parliament quoting a blog said: “If all the scams of the last five years are added up, they are likely to rival and exceed the British colonial loot of India of about a trillion dollars.â€

//Speaking in Toronto on Thursday, PM also made an interesting claim - that“there is a new atmosphere of trust on our nation.†He didn’t say whose trust, but since he was speaking on foreign soil, his obvious reference must have been to foreign governments. //
Firstpost is a brothel of presstitutes and intellectual has-beens. Stopped reading it a long time ago.
