Missiles used in India-Pakistan Wars

India and pakistan are arch enemies where one wants to maintain status quo the other one wants to wipe out the other in the name of religion or other agenda which is still unclear. but this is not the main thing.
both the nations went into war 4 times and inflicted damage to one another in one or more manner be it dismemberment, loss of men and material, initiation of arms race etc.
in the due course both the nations acquired numerous weapon systems to either gain supremacy or get at par with the other. MISSILE is one domain which drew great attention from both the sides. before having their own missile systems they acquired the missiles from world powers like usa and ussr.

in this thread members of dfi are requested to put in all info regarding the use of missiles in indo-pak war. be it S2S or A2A... we can post it here to keep a record of the use of missile between both the warring nations.
this will help us understand the utility of the system in the subcontinent and the handiness of the forces of both the nations with this weapon type

the missiles used by Indian navy in 1971 war was styx missile which destroyed karachi and pakistan navy ships.
11 styx were fired in 1971 out of which 2 misfired and remaining gave pakistan a bloody nose

^^ thats why i started this thread to discuss the use of missiles in Indo-pak war. moreover im researching over the use of A2A missile
