I find this incredibly interesting. I suggest that you make a blog about this so that it's easier to find on the internet.

I've always thought that India should look back to its historic culture to find inspiration on how to organize its military - for one it should also try to incorporate these styles into the cultural aspects of the military at least, rather than rely on imported European styles.

BTW It's a wonder why no-one has established an Indian online encyclopedia that details information from an Indian viewpoint.
