But can artcile 370 be repeal

I mean to say when this issue was at height druning current NDA regime , there were legal panel exeprts at NDTV discussion who said without J&K constituent assembly consent this act can be repealed by parliament of india and at sine there is not constituent assembly of J&K at present , article 370 cannot be repealed

(I was like what F@@k , constituents has been passed (both india and J&k) then how come now consitutent assembly is required. And there must been some procedure described in J&K to amend its constituent just like GoI does for pan-India level.

Or its that it required J&k constituent assembly consent only and not any change in J&K constituent)

second thing even J&H hight court has said article 370 is permanent

Article 370 is permanent, rules J&K High Court

How can HC of state can take decision on article passed by GoI

This decision has not been challenged in SC.

That HC judgment is wrong , the h'ble SC will quash it anytime, Moreover there is no need to quash it, it's wrong in itself.

A 5 judge bench must not decide the political discourse of India. India's parliament represents the will of the people and it's decision is final. Question is whether BJP is willing to walk the talk.

The map above got it wrong. The Bulochistan extends all the way to Arabian Sea.

I meant this map. Gwadar port is part of Bulochistan.
when Balochistan get its own identity. Pak will not only lose the territory but also it's hold on 200NM of EEZ touching Balochistan.

This will shorten route of vessels which are inbound to India. And India wouldn't require permission from Pak to go for oil exploration.

Balochistan may be the objective, but i feel that the road to it is via a free Sindhuhdesh and freedom for the MQM (perhaps a separate state for them )

Look at the sudden upsurge of freedom videos on youtube regarding Sindudesh
it has spiralled upward tremendously imho

here are some examples
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=sindhudfesh

in baluchistan the terrain is such that it is hard to hide but in sindudesh and karachi it is hard to police as the population is large and crowded .... i hope the NSA and other such people are taking Sindhudesh as seriously as they are taking Baluchistan

really im not against paksitan per se , but if they are torturing and forcing missing persons and cruel forms of colonialism then the components which are being oppressed need to be liberated

exactly , so the Chinese ( in this case ) person becomes the main feature, the common factor ,
and the flag they wear becoomes a secondary issue, merely a "by the way" matter

prc china considers its people who were originally born in china but are living abroad as citizens of other nations to be its "ambassadors" living overseas and thus is a fifth column that can be activated when required

MQM and Sindhudesh don't go well together.
MQM was raised by ISI to counter Sindh nationalism. And MQM has strong foot hold in Karachi. Where as deep in Sindh the nationalism prevails in places like Larkhana , Shikarpur, Sukkur
This is why PPP wins mostly from interiar Sindh and never from Karachi.
agreed!
that is why i wrote , separate state for MQM ....

both should be pursued ......separately

Separate state for MQM? How? Karachi is an important part of Sindh.

Screambowl is totally right.

1. Pakistanis are violent people and very quick to resort to violence and killing. The hatred between the different ethnic groups in Karachi can be quite murderous. Sindhi nationalists hate Mohajirs and would view an MQM state the same way an Indian nationalist would view Maharashtra or Kashmir leaving the Indian union.

2. Separatist nationalism is weak in Sindh. In Balochistan it is stronger.

In terms of loyalty to the federation of Pakistan it's Punjabis first (as Pakistan is a Punjabi empire basically), then Pashtuns, then Sindhis then Baloch.

3. If Baloch win their war against the murderous Pakistan army then the next day the at least 30 million Sindhis will emulate what the far fewer 6 million Baloch achieved.

The Pakistan army traumatized even today by 1971 and their humiliating defeat would then be traumatized by the loss of Balochistan and not psychologically capable of taking on 30 million Sindhis and would probably concede their secession if they made it clear that's what they wanted and were prepared to use violence.

So Balochistan goes, Sindhi independence is almost guaranteed...leaving Pashtuns and Punjabis in a landlocked union, which both would opt out of as the whole united Pakistan project would have been shown to be a complete failure.

In other words just the separation of Balochistan alone ends Pakistan.
