Punjabis are Punjabis. How are they mughals or Arabs? And what do you mean by mughal / Arab? There are instances of Mongols raping the Arabs but I have never heard of any historical evidence of an exclusive migration of 'Mongol raped Arabs' into Punjab!

You shouldn't believe everything that you are told. The same Pakistanis in foreign countries have been found to declare themselves as Indians and their restaurants as Indian as well.
