Aerospace Company Builds 100% Mexican Rocket

The Mexican company Datiotec is developing a rocket that will launch experimental satellites without relying heavily on international agencies, which will reduce costs and waiting times to validate their results more quickly.

Currently, for Mexico to launch an artifact into space, it must wait approximately three years and pay around USD 100,000 to get a place inside a spaceship. This is how the development of the Mexican rocket JFCR.2000.Pollux was born.

Previously, the way to launch small satellites and microgravity experiments was through hot air balloons, but these only reach up to 50 km high; With the Mexican project, 100 kms of altitude can be reached.

Afterwards, the rocket will return to Earth a few minutes after it has been launched, and even if it fails to enter orbit, it will fulfill the objective of allowing educational institutions and research centers to validate their projects.

The spacecraft is 6 meters long, is powered by liquid fuel and supports a load of up to 3 kg. with impulse of 1000 pounds of force.

Since 2013, Datiotec develops the JFCR.2000.Pollux rocket with funds from Conacyt and support from the Mexican Space Agency. They also work in strategic alliance with MX Space, a group of companies that handle propulsion and rockets.

Horizontec Halcon

The Mexican company Horizontec has worked on the design of its Halcon 1 aircraft since 2013, now, it is the first aircraft created entirely by Mexicans. Originally, the prototype was made with fiberglass and composite wood and began its development at the National Center for Aeronautical Technologies (Centa).

Think in India and China, not as nations but more of civilizations, Latin America is also another civilization too, but contrary to you that you are a nation-civilization, were are several nations.

We have Embraer, Cicare and a long history of making aircraft, we have aircraft manufacturing in Mexico and light aircraft manufacturing in Colombia.

Aerodynos from Colombia makes this aircraft, the JA-177

Colombia has these aircraft manufacturing companies Ibis Aircraft S.A., Aeroandina S.A. y Aerodynos de Colombia S.A.

Below we see the WA500-AG, designed by World Aircraft Company South America (WACSA S.A.S) from Colombia

That's cool I think economic instability is preventing Latin American countries to go for bigger projects.
The causes are different, to understand it you will need to read history.

The USA and Latin America are the same civilization, however the USA is the leader in the Americas followed by Brazil and Mexico.

Racially the British and the Spanish are very very close, and when they went to America the developed similar type of colonies.

However the USA have the largest population, followed by Brazil and Mexico

Now when it comes population, India has 2 1/3 the population of the whole latin america.

we are only 600 million people divided in more than 15 countries.

Now Brazil is a world leader because it has a population of 200 million, most nations in Latin America are in the range of 30 million people.

Brazil can made world leaders aircraft like E-190 or KC-390

Mexico has 130 million people.

we build fuselages for companies like Cessna, Bombardier, Gulfstream or jet engine parts for Rolls Royce or Pratt and whitney

here we have Bombardier Fuselages built in Queretaro Mexico

Kaman Helicopters builds also parts in Mexico.

Argentina has barely 44 million people but they build relatively small but advanced projects like

Cicare or Pampa IA-63
CH-14 helicopter built and designed in Argentina

Ch-12 helicopter built and designed in Argentina

Venezuela also builds small aircraft like AVLAT

The tandem configuration aircraft will have a maximum speed of 550 km / h, and a cruising speed of 450 km / h. It measures 4.09 meters high and 8.39 meters long. Its maximum weight is 1,780 kilograms and it would have a range of five hours with a range of 2,000 kilometers. The cabin is ejectable for emergencies.

According to the company, the ship is perfect for maritime patrolling, reconnaissance and surveillance, intelligence, evasive maneuvers and light attack.

The new PT-400 would have multiple benefits compared to old-generation ships, but also compared to others currently built: in addition to being cheaper the plane is so light that it would spend 15 gallons of fuel per hour, a quarter of the 60 consumed in other planes average, Fernandez said. Being so light, a propeller has been attached to the rear to make it easier to take off, as well as ensuring that the necessary time remains in the air in case it has a failure.
