Who are we kidding? Ourselves? Do we need further evidence of Pakistan's complicity? What have we done with all the evidence that we have got already except send dossiers upon dossiers to Pakistan that get rejected?

More than the Pakistanis, it is our government that is probably s...ting in the pants with this new angle brought in. This government cannot handle any further evidence because it would mean inventing another reason not to take action against Pakistan.

Just saw the Newshour with the eminent Arnab Goswami making a fool of himself with his Pakistani guests. Why do we bother? Let us just admit that we are spineless folks who can be terrorized, murdered, raped and looted and we are not going to do anything about it.

Can we not. at the very least, break off ties with Pakistan and revoke MFN and ask them to f... off when they beg for power or locomotives? Why do we not remember 26/11??

So the real mastermind f 26/11 being an american (david headley ) and an indian (Abu Hamza) and indians wrongly blame pakistan govt. and ISI for it.Instead of solving grievances of it minorities which tuns these people towards terrorism indians get the easy way out ie blame pakistan.Where root of the problem lies with in india itself.
The mastermind recruited by ISI( IDIOTIC SCUMS INTELLIGENCE) AND PA(PATHETIC ARMY) AND You are trying to become self appointed Thakedar of minorities in India. Why do you waste your time trolling when you have nothing constructive to add to a post? If I was PM at the time 26/11 the end result would have been different. Even USA and KSA would not have been able to stop my moves. I would have freed the minorities in Pakiland from their misery under the thugs of PA and ISI.

lol Pakis in denial mode from the root... on TIMES NOW tv news I saw the Pak Army terrorist Gen Kuraishi saying the same and insulting his institution and rank.

The so called "American David Headly" is a Pakistani.:lol:

You know very well who is he but trying to make a fool of yourself by denying.

David Coleman Headley (born Daood Sayed Gilani; 30 June 1960) is a Chicago-based Pakistani American, with distinctive heterochromic eyes (one brown, one blue), who conspired with Lashkar-e-Taiba[1] [2] [3] and, he claims, Pakistani military officers[3][4][5] to launch the 2008 Mumbai attacks and other terrorist activity.[6][7] He changed his South-Asian name to an English name to hide his Pakistani-Muslim identity[8][9] to make travel to India easier.[10]

Pakistani living under Indian identity is not new and PROVES that Pakis are having identity crisis and a disillusion state

Pakistani Daood Sayed Gilani aka David Headley

ajtr... go on and make a fool of yourself and your community

ajtr have you read the entire news report? This person the only Indian link to the attack will show how the entire 26/11 attack was funded, operationalised and foot soldiers provided by not some rougue elements in Pakistan, but the Pakistan ISI and Army itself! Hafiz Saeed's involment will be given by an eye witness account.

His statement to the Delhi Police about Saeed's presence in the LeT control room directly incriminates the LeT chief who has strenuously denied his complicity in the terror strikes.
Saudis helped India nab 26/11 handler Abu Jundal - The Times of India

He also proves the fact that the Pakistani intelligence agencies tried their best to make the Mumbai attacks being a local attack. They falsely made the Paksitani terrorists claim that they are from Hyderabad and call themselves Deccan Mujahideen to create hatred against Hyderabadi Muslims even though there was no Hyd involment there. Just goes to show that they hoped a backlash and revenge attacks in Hyd so that they can later use that as a recruitment tool from affected people there. Makes you wonder if the reason was because they wern't able to get any recruits from Hyd.

This person - Abu Jindal - was caught by Saudi Intelligence and arrived their on a PAKISTANI passport and till the last minute, the GoP was pressurising the Saudi govt. to NOT hand him over to India because he would spill the beans. The Saudis however are no longer willing to play the Pakistani fame and once they got the Indian tipoff and a DNA test confirm based on his family DNA, they deported him to India. I think this clearly shows Pakistani OFFICIAL involvment in the 26/11 attacks.

Without their sponsorship no major attack in India could happen.

Ansari, before he became Abu Jundal

Born on November 13, 1981, Syed Zabiuddin Sayed Zakiuddin Ansari alias Zabi alias Abu Jundal hails from Gevrai town in Beed district of Maharashtra. The son of a small-time insurance agent, he studied till Class 10 at a zilla parishad high school, and later went to the Indian Technical Institute in Beed where he did an electrical course. He is also reported to have worked for a private electrical contractor for some time.

He was known to be a polite youngster. In 2005, he shifted with his family from Gevrai to Hattikhana area in Beed town. He was pursuing a masters course at a college run by the Navgan Shikshan Sanstha in Beed, when he went into hiding.

Ansari is wanted in the Aurangabad arms haul of May 2006, the Ahmedabad railway station blast of February 2006 and the German Bakery blast in Pune in February 2010. But the Beed police say there is no offence registered against him in the district. Ansari's parents are believed to have shifted to Mazalgaon taluka in Beed. Their house in Hattikhana was found locked on Monday.

Ansari's initiation into the terror fold began with his proximity to SIMI members from Aurangabad like Mohammed Amir Shakeel Ahmed. He is believed to have undergone terror training along with Zulfiqar Fayyaz Kagazi Ahmed Kagzi — another accused in the Aurangabad arms haul and German Bakery blast — in Poonch, after coming into contact with Jammu and Kashmir-based LeT operative Khalid Sardana, who was arrested from Ahmedabad in September 2006.

AURANGABAD ARMS HAUL

The dossier with the intelligence agencies identifies Ansari as the one who, along with Fayyaz Kagzi, travelled to Kathmandu to meet LeT operator Abu Rehan, where the entire Aurangabad conspiracy was planned.

Acting on a tip-off on May 9, 2006, the Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) chased and intercepted a Tata Sumo on the Aurangabad highway that was transporting RDX, 10 AK-47 assault rifles, and 2,000 rounds of ammunition hidden in CPUs and mango cartons. According to the ATS, the consignment was being sent to Gujarat and Hyderabad. Three persons, including Mohammed Amir Shakeel Ahmed, who were transporting the consignment were arrested. Although Ansari was following the Tata Sumo in a Tata Indica, he mysteriously managed to escape despite police vehicles tailing the Sumo and Indica, prompting speculation that Ansari was a mole of police and intelligence agencies who had gone rogue.

On May 12, a similar consignment being transported in a Tata Indica was recovered by an ATS team from Malegaon. The following day, more RDX was recovered from inside a culvert at Manmad, and another consignment was found at an electrical shop in Malegaon shortly after.

In total, a huge cache of 43 kgs of RDX, 16 AK-47 rilfes, 3,200 live cartridges, 62 magazines for the rifles, and 50 hand grenades were recovered by the police, making it one of the largest arms haul ever made in the state. On September 3, 2006, the Maharashtra ATS filed a 1,481-page chargesheet against 16 arrested accused in the case. They were booked under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) and the Arms Act case. Since then, four more accused have been arrested in the case, while six are still wanted, including key players like Zabiuddin Ansari, Fayyaz Kagzi and Raheel Shaikh.

Kagzi, in possession of passport number F-43991598 issued from Mumbai, was reported to have fled to Pakistan after the arms haul. "Fayyaz was identified as the one who indoctrinated and provoked all the arrested accused to carry out jehad. His sister was killed by her in-laws for dowry, after which Fayyaz and his friends killed his brother-in-law with sticks and swords," said a Maharashtra ATS officer. Investigations revealed that both Kagzi and Ansari had escaped to Pakistan via Bangladesh, and their escape was facilitated by one Abdul Khaja and Shahid Bilal.

E-MAIL INTERCEPTS

The ATS intercepted e-mails exchanged between LeT operatives soon after the Aurangabad arms haul. In these mails, Zabiuddin is referred to as "Dawood" and Fayyaz Kagzi as "Arsalan".

On May 11, 2006, an e-mail sent by Lashkar operative Mohammed Aqib Shaikh to Nepal-based LeT commander Junaid at 8 am read:

"Bhaijan yahan par sab pareshan hai, ghar ke bado ko paralysis ho gaya hai. Dawood bhai ki tabiyat kharab hai. Arsalan bhai bhi bahar gaye hue hai...contact soon immediately. (Brother, everyone is worried here, the elders are suffering from paralysis. Dawood bhai is unwell. Arsalan bhai has also gone out.)"

On May 12, 2006, a reply sent by Junaid at 2 am read:

"Hi, mujhe pata chala hai. Aap Dawood ke bare main confirm karke kahe woh kahan hai. Doosrey 2, 4 worker hai unko...aap Dhaka mein job kay liye rawana kar dain. Jo bhi contact main hai unko forain aap kisi doosri jagah main bhej dain...jaise hi factory ki condition theek hogi to tab dekhenge. (I learnt about it. You find out and confirm Dawood's location. The other 2-4 workers...send them to Dhaka for the job. Whoever is in contact, send them to other locations immediately. Whenever the condition of the factory becomes okay, we will see what is to be done.)"

On February 25, 2006, Mohammed Aqib Shaikh sent an e-mail to Junaid, a few days before the Karnavati Express blast at Ahmedabad railway station, informing him that Fayaz Kagzi had started planting bombs:

"New business chalu kiya hai, 1 tarikh ko Arsalan bhai ke hathon opening hua hai, 25 se 50 log aaye the. Sab ko refreshment diya gaya. Dua kijiye ke business achche se chale. (We have started the new business. Arsalan bhai inaugurated it on the 1st, 25-50 people had come. We gave refreshments to everyone. Please pray that the new business does well.)"

THE BEED CONNECTION

The arrest of Mirza Himayat Baig, who is believed to have been recruited by Ansari, on September 7, 2010, in the Pune German Bakery blast case, once again brought Maharashtra's Beed district under the scanner. Baig, who hails from Beed, is one of several youths from the district who are alleged to have participated in major terror operations.

"Ansari and Kagzi were related to Baig, they worked together for SIMI in Beed. Ansari and Kagzi trained Baig in Colombo in 2008 and also provided him funds for terror activities," said ACP (Crime Branch) Vinod Satav. The duo are suspected to have given Baig money for explosive devices. Baig's brother, Mirza Inayat Baig, however denied any connections with Ansari or Kagzi.

Beed first came under the radar of security agencies when Zabiuddin Ansari was named as a key Lashkar operative involved in the Aurangabad arms haul case in May 2006. Several of the 20 accused arrested in the Aurangabad arms haul case, such as Fayyaz Kagzi, were picked up from Beed or hailed from the district.

"We are aware that there has been a great deal of radicalisation in Beed, that has increased in the last decade or so. There are various events that have caused communal tension in the area, but there are historical factors that have led to the problem as well. The region was initially under the control of the Nizam, and when power changed hands after independence, it gave rise to a sense of resentment among Muslims living there. On May 15, 1986, communal riots broke out in Umapur in Beed in which several Muslims were killed by Hindus," said a senior state police officer.

Sources said five more youths from Beed were found missing after the Aurangabad RDX haul in 2006. Their parents have filed missing reports. It is suspected that they may have joined a terrorist terror outfit, but there is no confirmation yet.

Headley talks of Abu Hamza, investigators probe if it is Jundal

As investigators seek to confirm the various aliases of Zabiuddin Ansari, arrested in connection with the November 26, 2008 terror attack in Mumbai, they are also trying to find out if he is Abu Hamza who appears frequently in the National Investigation Agency (NIA)'s interrogation report of Pakistani-American Lashkar operative David Headley.

Sources say Ansari, also known as Abu Jundal, could be Abu Hamza, although there is apparently no unanimity yet on either. The name Abu Jundal has been mentioned by Ajmal Kasab, the lone terrorist captured alive during 26/11, as the Indian Lashkar operative in Pakistan who trained Kasab and his nine accomplices to speak Hindi.

Abu Hamza, on the other hand, is mentioned at least six times in the NIA's Headley interrogation report. The agency had questioned Headley for 34 hours over seven days in 2010.

"After the attacks, Sajid briefed Headley about the attacks and he (Sajid) told Headley that two of the crew of 'Kuber' were killed by him (Sajid). Headley believes that Sajid was speaking the truth as he never blows his trumpet unlike Muzzammil and Abu Hamza," the interrogation report says.

"Sajid, Qanafa, Abu Hamza and one more person were on the other boat which escorted the main boat carrying the attackers. Abu Hamza was also involved in the planning and execution in the later stages as he is considered to be an 'India expert'," it adds.

Headley is also quoted as mentioning Hamza's name in connection with the 2005 terror attack at the Indian Institue of Science in Bangalore in which Prof. M C Puri from IIT-Delhi was killed. "Abu Hamza, who participated in the Bangalore attack in 2005, is in Sajid's group. Headley had seen him a number of times in Pakistan," the report says.

Headley is alleged to have recollected that "there was a discussion on Prof Puri's assassination in Bangalore by the LeT. Abu Hamza executed this action. Abdul Aziz had supervised this operation".

Abu Hamza's name was allegedly mentioned by Headley in connection with events linked to the assassination of former Pakistan prime minister Benazir Bhutto as Headley claims to have been in Rawalpindi on the day of Bhutto's killing.

"This safe house of LeT is located near the Ayub Colony in Rawalpindi. We had some serious discussions on attacking the Taj hotel. We also discussed Benazir's assassination and its impact on the future of Pakistan. I recollect that all of them were praying that Benazir should not survive this attack. I met Abu Anas, Abu Hamza and Sajid in this Rawalpindi house," Headley is quoted as saying.

Squeeze his gonads till he yells and tells!
To what end, sir? So that we can send his yellings and confessions in another dossier to Pakistan and sadistically enjoy the humiliation of it being discarded again?

We already had the Pakis by their gonads when we got Kasab. If we thought we needed more proof, we are kidding ourselves.

With 9/11, the Americans spun a narrative of 19 Arabs, directed by a man in a cave in Afghanistan, hijacking 4 planes bringing down 3 steel framed skyscrapers (LOL, everybody forgets WTC7) by crashing 2 planes into them while avoiding being intercepted in the most heavily guarded airspace in the world for hours while the FBI still maintains they have no proof against OBL. Here, we have captured the one of the perpetrator in the act, got confessions and keep on sending dossiers.

If we are scared to face the truth, evidence does not matter.

DNA test, hard bargain with Saudi nets 26/11 prized catch

In one of their most complex and intriguing operations lately, Indian intelligence agencies tracked 26/11 accused Abu Jundal alias Zaibuddin Ansari to Saudi Arabia and brought him to Delhi on June 21.

The operation took nearly a year, and involved intense negotiations with an otherwise indifferent Saudi Arabia. It also involved a DNA test, a senior intelligence official told HT requesting anonymity.

Pakistan apparently spent its last ounce of diplomatic sweat, trying to pressure Saudi authorities into releasing Abu Jundal.

Believed to be one of the handlers who directed the Mumbai carnage from a 'control room' in Karachi, Jundal is also suspected of having trained the 10 terrorists including Ajmal Kasab, who confessed to having learnt some Hindi from this handler.

Indian intelligence agencies had tracked Jundal to Saudi Arabia on a tip-off about a year ago. But early attempts to get his custody failed because although he is from Beed in Maharashtra, he had travelled to Saudi Arabia on a Pakistani passport.

For months, Pakistan's ISI exerted immense pressure on Saudi, a home ministry official told HT. It did not want Jundal to be handed over to India at any cost. He was too prized a catch: A Lashkar-e-Taiba insider who could expose the role of 'state actors' in the Mumbai attack.

Soon after 26/11, when Kasab's capture and arrest had exposed Pakistan's role, President Asif Ali Zardari had famously said that "non-state actors" could have been involved in the Mumbai terror attack.

In a diplomatic game that involved three countries, India, too, stepped up pressure and sent several documents to the Saudi authorities to establish that Jundal may be using a Pakistani passport, but was actually an Indian citizen.

The clincher was a DNA test. A sample — obtained from Ansari's family — was sent to the Saudi authorities by India, the intelligence source said.

Once the test matched, the Pakistani game was up and the Saudi authorities were persuaded at last. Jundal was handed over to an Indian intelligence team which brought him back to Delhi's Indira Gandhi International airport.

Jundal — now remanded to police custody — will help the 26/11 investigation. While Pakistan has evaded providing voice samples of the handlers who controlled the attack from Karachi, India will at least be able to match the voice on the intercept with that of Jundal's.

You forgot to add, that inspite of all this, we still have the Aman-ki-Asha crap and a PM who is dead set on it.

But overall an excellent post rounding up the reality..:thumb:

Squeeze his gonads till he yells and tells!
I think if we do not learn anything from his capture than it will be a failure on part of our officials. It is also appropriate time to call of PM proposed visit indefinitely and pressure them to hand over each and every culprits so that they can serve their time in our jails.

How long before another plane is hijacked to Kandahar and this bugger ends up getting released into the wildernesses?

Why not torture him 24/7, get all info one cab, and then feed him to the sharks in less than a week?

As per news reports Pakistan tried desprately with Saudi's to let go of this animal, but due to pressure from the US and India, he was deported to Delhi. Now we must get all the details during questioning.

In the next couple of weeks we should hear about some IM modules getting busted.

Zabiuddin arrest opens doors for 26/11 probe

Intelligence officials and police have started questioning a Maharashtra man who offers fresh first-hand testimony on the identities of the Lashkar-e-Taiba commanders who guided the 10-member team that carried out the 26/11 attacks.

Zabiuddin Ansari, who investigators allege was present in the LeT's control room in Karachi at the time of the attacks, was held by the Delhi Police on his arrival from Riyadh on Monday morning.

In telephone conversations intercepted during the 26/11 attacks, first revealed by The Hindu in February 2010 and now posted online, an individual speaking with a marked Mumbai accent can be heard instructing the terrorists to make a list of demands to the media. The men at the control room also issued instructions to the attack team on operational decisions that included killing of hostages, using voice-over-internet-protocol communications.

Ansari, informed sources said, was held by the Saudi authorities earlier this year while he was travelling on a Pakistani passport, identifying himself as Riasat Ali. In July 2011, New Delhi requested his extradition from Pakistan, as part of a group of more than 50 wanted fugitives.

The arrest, highly placed government sources said, came after months of patient work by the Intelligence Bureau (IB) and Saudi Arabia's intelligence service, the Ri'asat al-Istikhbarat al-'Amah. Intelligence services in both countries identified Ansari on the basis of intercepted phone communications.

Much of the National Investigation Agency's firsthand insight into the 26/11 plot has so far relied on the testimony of Pakistani-American jihadist David Headley, who carried out the reconnaissance, which allowed the assault team to reach its targets precisely. He identified Sajid Mir, LeT's controller of transnational military operations, as one of the men who instructed the team. The Monday's arrest, government sources said, came after months of painstaking diplomatic talks among the authorities in Riyadh, Washington and New Delhi. Indian dignitaries visiting Saudi Arabia in recent months lobbied the Saudi authorities for assistance in Ansari's case. IB Director Nehchal Sandhu is also thought to have directly worked with his Saudi counterpart, Prince Muqrin bin Abdul-Aziz, to push forward the investigations.

A Washington-based Indian diplomat told The Hindu that the U.S. used its influence to push forward the case, seeing enhanced India-Saudi Arabia relations as a key element in bringing greater distance in India's relationship with Iran.

"In the last six months," a senior official told The Hindu, "Saudi Arabia has dramatically improved its cooperation on counter-terrorism issues with India.'

From a Beed village to 26/11 control room

Suspected Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Zabiuddin Ansari's improbable journey from the dusty village of Ghevrai, in Maharashtra's Beed district to the Lashkar's control room in Karachi holds out hard questions for India

"The government must know that this is our trailer," said the man with the thick, Mumbai-accented voice from Karachi, "must know that this is just a trailer. The real movie is still to come." The man he was speaking to was, just then, holding six people hostage at gunpoint at a Jewish prayer house off the Colaba causeway. "Trailer," he asked, perplexed? "Example," the man said in Hindi, "an illustration." "Are you writing all this down?"

Even as the 26/11 attacks raged, one of the 10 men engaged in executing 226 women and men received a briefing on dealing with the media, from controllers speaking to them on a voice-over-internet line from Karachi

Investigators are now alleging that the voice on the line was that of Maharashtra resident Syed Zabiuddin Syed Zakiuddin Ansari, deported from Saudi Arabia to India on Monday. Ansari, police say, told the Lashkar-e-Taiba's assault team to introduce themselves as residents of Hyderabad's Toli Chowki area. He instructed them to demand that the Muslims held in jail be released, "Muslim states" be made independent, and the Army withdrawn from Kashmir.

Ansari's alleged role in 26/11, if established, will offer investigators invaluable insights into the attack. His improbable journey from the dusty village of Ghevrai, in Maharashtra's Beed district to the Lashkar's control room in Karachi, though, holds out hard questions for India.

Born on November 13, 1981, to insurance agent, Zakiuddin Ansari, Ansari was an only son, brother to five sisters. He studied at Ghevrai's zilla parishad-run high school up to standard X, and then acquired an electrician's qualification at the Indian Technical Institute in Beed. He was studying for a master's at the Navgan Shikshan Sanstha college.

No one knows for certain just what led Ansari to make the decision to drop out of college — and, if police are right, to join the Lashkar. It is possible, though, that this choice had something to do with the communal violence which was part of the cultural fabric of his early life. Following a wave of communal riots across Maharashtra in the summer of 1984, the Shiv Sena took control of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation and pushed forward communal mobilisations in rural areas. Umapur, not far from Ghevrai, saw murderous anti-Muslim violence in 1986. Later, tensions surged after the demolition of the Babri Masjid in December 1992.

In 2001, Gujarat police investigators say, Ansari met Khalid Sardana, a Jammu and Kashmir resident studying at a seminary in the State, to discuss the prospect of sending SIMI cadre there for weapons training. Later that year, Sardana took several of Aurangabad men to train with Lashkar units in the mountains of Surankote, near Poonch. At least one, Fahad Sheikh, is now known to have been killed in fighting with Indian troops in the Hil Kaka area of Poonch. It remains unclear if Ansari also trained there, or in Pakistan.

NATIONWIDE CASES

Prosecutors in several States, however, have sought Ansari in connection with terror attacks across the country. In documents filed before a Pune court, Maharashtra prosecutors have alleged that Ansari and Zulfikar Fayyaz Ahmad 'Kagazi' played a key role in organising the bombing of an upmarket café in Pune in February 2010. The bombing claimed 17 lives, and left 57 people injured.

In legal filings, Maharashtra assistant commissioner of police Vinod Satav said that alleged Pune bomber Himayat Baig met with Ansari and Ahmad at a Colombo hotel in March 2008, to discuss the plot. He also alleged that the two men trained Baig in assembling explosives, and made funds available for "the purchase of explosive devices and also for funding the travel of indoctrinated Muslim youth who are desirous of undergoing training in Pakistan."

Lawyers for Baig say he was innocent, noting among other things that no evidence has been produced to show that he visited Sri Lanka's capital.

Police in Gujarat have separately said Ansari and Ahmad placed an improvised explosive device on a Mumbai-Ahmedabad train in February 2006. The device, packed inside a suitcase, went off on the railway platform, after it was fortuitously removed from the train by a thief.

Though media have reported that Ansari, using the code-name Abu Hamza, may also have been involved in a 2006 attack on the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, sources familiar with the investigation said they had so far gathered no evidence for this claim.

Ansari's trial is likely, given this large swathe of cases he faces, to be protracted. The stories that emerge from it, though, will cast insight not just into the events of 26/11, but the birth and growth of India's jihadist movement.
