No. It's just mutual interest and since when did India started to give two hoots about making allies.

Finally we see our voting in UN resolutions become more rationally aligned to our geopolitical goals. For far too long we have been voting as per our internal religiopolitical alignments. Voting with maturity is the first hallmark of a global player.

that's right ...this is not an easy subject . ..... we have already taken our relationship with Israel out of the closet and into the open but we still have to proceed very cautiously .
With Israel India has to gain..Standing with the Palestine a messup even the Arabs dont like to touch..India stands to gain nothing.
Well then again...Statecraft is an adaptable and flexible mechanism.
