Please stop deluding yourself. India is always been non aligned. It has good relations with US, Russia, France , Israel , Japan, SEA and so on. Unlike pakistan which is a rented out whore running from one country to other. PN has very little capability to do anything. It cannot cry and whine about USN being an extra regional navy being a threat to pakistan and then beg for hand me down ships and plane from the same. Pakistan prancing around with CTF-150/151 is hardly presence in high seas. Its simply because they don't have the capability to deploy on their own. Not even in the persian gulf.
