I think they are going to use some tech inputs from P-75I in SSN and future SSBN designs. Arihant is likely to be noisier than our conventional submarines, given that it is our first nuclear submarine. But with these new reactors eliminating the need for coolant pumps and us getting better tech from P-75I, our next generation SSBN (K-5) might surpass the Chinese subs in quietness levels.
