Wasn't technically possible for India to conduct Nuclear tests before 1965. No point blaming Nehru.
2. 1964 Gilpatric Committee of US led to formation of NPT
3. Morarji Desai totally against nuclear test
4. Vajpayee BJP was clearly pro nuke test
5. Our thermonukes are a 'fizzle'
6. R. Chidambaram is totally against nuke tests. Kalam not too enthusiastic either
7. Kundakulam protests are fueled by German Churches. Germans hypocrites since they get most of their power from French nuclear plants
