the answer to all is no.
not based on emotions but the present policy. the only area of interest in J&K in the pakistani area is karakoram highway which connects china and pakistan. its highly sensitive and on the chinese side its highly superior but on pakistani side its equally poor.
its planned that if the indian ocean become hostile for chinese cargo then the ports in pakistan will act as next stop for chinese ships. the cargo will go on from pakistani baluchistan or karachi to china via this highway and this highway only will help pakistan get supplies from china in case of war.
this is the reason there was hurry to make it advances when india pak tension soared in 2008 in the aftermath of 2008 mumbai attack.
but to our relief the corrective measures taken on time fetched us SIACHIN and the hilltop that overlooks this karakoram highway which is an option for china but lifeline for pakistan in case of emergency.
when we are already at the apex overlooking the highway it wont be a problem for us to monitor or stop joint sino-pak trade of weapon.
the chinese posters here dont portray the chinese policy makers who are more concerned with the pacific region and wants to restrict the movement of india into the pacific theater after attaining the due power.
