There should be a general advisory from Home Ministry for people travelling on adventure trips to carry distress flares along with them, so that locating them becomes easier...

Another rescue in Baralach La ( pass) Manali-Leh route Himachal Pradesh. Watch the skill as the Mi17 pilot hovers inches above ground, probably to avoid soft snow.

#IndianAirForce (#IAF) rescued a German couple from a snow blizzard. Michael and his wife Annettee were trekking and were caught in a blizzard. Then Michael decided to activate his Personal Rescue beacon as a last resort. @IAF_MCC responded in time and two helicopters were sent.

The mental strength of the young Boy who was there alone for more than 40 hours without food and water. He kept believing that he will be saved. Amazing!!!
