The pathetic state of the DELHI SWAT unit continues to be an utter disgrace to the capital region of a $3TN economy and growing.

Uniforms are wrong, weapons are wrong, helmets are wrong, plate carriers are wrong etc etc.

It makes me doubt their training is up to scratch too if this is how they present themselves. No professionalism displayed at all, no competence.

True the Delhi Police comes under MHA but permission for prosecution and budget allocation is internal aka from Delhi Government. They have the same kit since 2010 CWG.
