What’s the difference between Eagle and DP SWAT??
I do not think there is any force called the "Eagle Force". I guess this is the reporter being stupid. The guys here look like they are part of the commando unit of DP. The same ones deployed during the Republic Day Parades. They are different from the DP SWAT. Mostly used for area protection and VIP protection, like for Rashtrapati Bhawan, CM security etc.

Mahindra TUV300 measures less than 4 meters in length making it easier to maneuver as compared to the Innova or Scorpio. The top of the line TUV300 T4+ trim has been inducted to the Police force.

It has received some exterior modifications in the form of yellow and blue chequered decals with Police insignia on either sides. To be used as police patrolling cars will mean that the TUV300 is fitted with roof mounted LED lights with a siren and a public address system along with a few other necessary gadgets. The police spec Mahindra TUV300 is finished in blue and white.

Mahindra TUV300 is powered by a 1.5 liter mHawk diesel engine offering 100 PS power at 3,750 rpm and 240 Nm torque at 1,600-2,800 rpm mated to a 5 speed manual transmission.

The TUV300 T4+ trim offers fuel efficiency of 11.4 kmpl in city limits and 15.5 kmpl on the highway. It will take the place of the Mahindra Bolero which has been in use by the Mumbai Police for over a decade.

Delhi Police PCR Combat Driving Skills at NSG Manesar
I don't see any driving skills as such. Only some tapori level handbrake turns. If they do such stuff while on actual duty, neither the occupants of the PCR not the PCR itself will make it in one piece.

Mahindra TUV300 of Mumbai police.

Mahindra TUV300 of Mumbai police.
Decals are decent (by Indian standards), at least they aren't just white cars with a tiny "POLICE" sticker on the front and the bikes are pretty good but they really need to "spec up" the police cars, have some integrated grill and dashboard emergency lights, looks like theyve got a standard TUV-300 and put a lightbar on top.

Compare this to how police cars are created elsewhere:

Here the police force create the requirements and their own workshop works with dedicated fabricators to create custom made police vehicles for different roles.

Mumbai police Mobile Surveillance Control and Command Centre Van.

Looks really nice in that dark blue, any reason for having different paint jobs on the vans? And really good to see them base this vehicle on a heavy duty chassis, not the standard traveller minibus.

Mumbai is certainly leading the way in terms of modern policing.
