6 security personnel killed in Naxal attack on police vehicle in Dantewada in Chhattisgarh

http://zeenews.india.com/india/5-se...cle-in-dantewada-in-chhattisgarh-2109916.html

This war is going on for years. Chattisgarh needs to up their game. Most of the other naxal affected states r successfully eradicated this problem.
They sent far too few men on the job. Also unless using a MPV or motorbikes, IED mimed roads in remote areas are always a risk.

The following HHTI clip shows how Pak SSG cdo(most likely) are now using special THERMAL CAMOUFLAGE clothing to hide their movement on HHTI to come close to the IB (international border) and fire at the duty point.

That Australian Maulan said today that those who dies in Ramdan will not get 72 hoors as sex is prohibited by Kuran in Ramdan.
No wonder all's quiet on the Western front!! Now we know how brainwashed these frikkin yahoos are! Live to die another day after Ramadan so you get your sexy 72 virgins or die now and get stuck in hell with 72 octogenarian nuns!! :biggrin2:

Pakistan resorts to sinister tactics to target Indian troops

Samba (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], May 22 (ANI): Pakistan Army and Rangers are now resorting to sinister tactics to deceive the Indian surveillance measures of the Border Security Force (BSF) and the Armed Forces, here.
It has come out that the Pakistani rangers and the Army along the International Borders (IB) and the Line of Control (LoC) have changed their tactics to not only hoodwink the Indian border surveillance measures but also to target the Indian security forces.
The Pakistani troops have started using the thermal camouflage suits/clothing. This clothing suppresses the heat and keeps it trapped inside the suit, thus decreasing the heat signature of the troop.
ANI has an exclusive video which shows this.
It is to be noted that Indian Army uses the Hand Held Thermal Imagers (HHTI) to keep an eye on the movement of the inimical forces. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the Indian troop to observe the presence of the enemy closely, and thus vulnerability of getting hit by them rises.
This was found out when recently the BSF troops were targeted by the Pakistan side, which led to the killing of two BSF jawans.
The recent movement and targetting from the Pakistan side, when observed closely, has revealed that the pro-active actions of the BSF have forced the enemy to change its tactics.
The sources have revealed that there is a possibility of the Special Service Group (SSG) of Pakistan also using similar sinister tactics. (ANI)

What's the antidote to Thermal camouflage Jackets? Can Ground Radars in conjunction with thermal imagers be used to detect infiltration more effectively?

The only option is to use Heavy artillery

Three days of Heavy Artillery all along the Jammu Border ( 190 KM )

Destroy all their posts ; bunkers ; surveillance towers
villages ; everything

Make them Beg for mercy

Without and with sniper suit.

These suits are available off the shelf in the US. Thermal suits have no affect on radar as these are not 'stealth' suits.

The camouflage effect of the suit is based on a low emissivity surface, which reduces the thermal signature of a soldier by 7 - 10°C as compared to a standard suit. This technology gives soldiers a tactical advantage during moves in the field.

Who would have thought that ghillie suits have thermal camouflage in addition to optical camouflage. This could lead to serious trouble for our boys. Any idea how expensive these are, sir?

Now is the right time to use those portable 3D ground surveillance radar. Gotta say, they do know how to piss us off.

It has been reported that Constable Yadav, was shot from few hundred meters away from BSF camp. Indian Army analysed the thermal imagery, they admitted they saw a shadow.

As @Mikesingh already pointed out, the antidote to this tech is what you are currently using.

The thermal imager itself could be used to detect a thermal camouflage. Although it would take a fair bit of study and trial and error from user. Just study the reverse effect of it.
