Pakis are brainwashed becoz of their distorted curriculum /media. It will take at-least 2-3 generations of neutral schooling to talk logic with them. Modi's decision not to talk is absolutely correct when Paki clearly use terrorism as state policy against India and there is no change in this stance.

They keep quoting the plebiscite without reading and understanding the UN K resolution. They usually use "CIA used us to create terrorist" card which is not entirely true.
