Something like the size of Bhutan, but square kilometers are tricky. For example, the aircraft might have the capability to penetrate deeper into China if it can focus its scan on one direction, rather than having a 360 degree scan, which wouldn't make sense because why would they scan inside India?

Members can correct me if i might be wrong.

30000 sq Km is too less. It should be around 50000 sq Km in a 120 deg FoV in wide area surveillance mode, 250 X 200 Km.
It is easily achievable.

Very handy for ground warfare, these should be acquired for Army Aviation Corps or under joint special operations command. Around 24-36 such aircraft should be ideal for the use against china and Pak simultaneously. We need around 24-36 P-8Is and eventually 24-36 AWACS as well. ASTOR if acquired for India should be also integrated on the Embraer same as the awacs so that we have commonality.
