The only Country that is ready for a long war is the USA.. They are built for that and no other country can wage a long war on a big scale and also make money out of it.

Long wars go against most modern military doctrines(including cold start)
that aim for fast short wars. Long wars also mean occupation and tie up of
resources.

OT, but I have a question...

Economically, if a client state goes to war, the vendor state gains. If a competitor state goes to war, the other competitor gains.

If Japan China fights, who gains?
If India China fights, who gains?
If India Pakistan fights, who gains?
If Afghan Pakistan fights, who gains?
If NK SK fights, who gains?
Arab Springs... who gains?

I am promised that the answer would reveal a very interesting pattern...

Personally I cant figure it out  :noidea:

We are appalled at our inability to provide you your due entertainment! :sarcastic:

I think they said something like that right befor World War II,, there is not much use in having a military if its not prepared to fight and according to
General Deepak Kapoor told the CCS after the 26/11 Mumbai attack that the army "was not ready for war". even with Pakistan.

Its not my fault India is so screw up, I would like to see you all have a better military in case you get in a war with Pakistan you dont get your ass kicked and if you get in a war with China at least its worth watching.:namaste:

Depending on the loss- the winner. No matter who wins, weapons merchant wins:(
