Do not forget that it is China who supplied designs for Nukes to Pakistan in exchange for enrichment technology for Uranium which it stole from Europe. All were directed towards India...

Illegally proliferate? No, China didn't sign the treaty at the time.
China also has NO FIRST USE nuclear policy and its nuclear is only for defensive in nature too, and it has never threatened India with nuke in any form. And everyone knows that not a single Chinese nuclear missile is aiming at India. But what India did? Going for nuclear weapons and telling the world: we are coming for Chinese.

most of the chinese warheads are duds as proved by the western defense analysts in recent detail analysis about the nuclear capabilities.the chinese missile have got crude avionics and they are extremely unreliable with CEP probably greater than a few kilometers!!even the N.koreans have advanced quite a bit in this field but the same can't be said about china.....

One thing I dont understand Why US need to worry about Agni-V missile which has a range of 8500KM where as US is 13k far from India. They should really worry about Russia and China which has ICBM's above 12k range. Here is a list which lists the top 10 longest range ICBM's in the world at the moment and in the list surprisingly Russia holds 5 ICBM's, china & us holds each 2 and France 1. There is no mention of India in that category. I guess it takes more time for India to reach 10k range category ....
