India, Afghanistan And Bangladesh Slams Pakistan At The United Nations General Assembly
Team Republic|22-09-2017 12:40 pm

Three nations — India, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh — stood strong against Pakistan during the United Nations General Assembly on Friday. After India, Afghanistan hit out at Pakistan for on the grounds of terrorism and added that Pakistan is trying to divert the attention of the UN deliberately.

India said it is extraordinary that the state which protected Osama Bin Laden and sheltered Mullah Omar should have the gumption to play the victim.

“By now, all Pakistan’s neighbours are painfully familiar with these tactics to create a narrative based on distortions, deception and deceit, First Secretary in the Permanent Mission of India to the UN, Eenam Gambhir said, asserting that efforts at creating alternative facts do not change reality.“In its short history, Pakistan has become a geography synonymous with terror. Pakistan is now ‘Terroristan’, with a flourishing industry producing and exporting global terrorism, the Indian diplomat said.

“Its current state can be gauged from the fact that Hafiz Mohammed Saeed, a leader of the UN designated terrorist organisation Lashkar-e-Taiba, is now sought to be legitimised as a leader of a political party,” she said.

Earlier, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that “from sixteen years of the ongoing war in Afghanistan, it is clear that peace could not be restored by the continuing resort to military force. Neither Kabul and the coalition nor the Afghan Taliban can impose a military solution on each other." He added, “Apart from Afghanistan, Pakistan and its people have suffered the most from four decades of foreign intervention and civil wars in Afghanistan.”
Afghanistan attacks Pakistan at UNGA, Vice President says 'world knows where Taliban leaders live'

Afghanistan Vice President Sarwar Danish slammed Pakistan at the United Nations General Assembly and said that the world knew where Taliban leaders lived.

Danish accused Pakistan of having a dual policy on terrorism and said that Pakistan discriminates between what they call as "good and bad terrorists" which hampers international peace.

Apart from India and Afghanistan, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina also lashed out at Pakistan by making references to the genocide of 1971. She made references to the Bangladesh Liberation War of 1971 and said that March 25 has been declared as a day of genocide by the Dhaka Parliament. She said, “In 1971,3 million innocents were killed and more than 200,000 women violated when the Pakistan Army launched heinous operation searchlight on March 25.” She added, “to pay homage, our Parliament declared March 25 as genocide day. We have undertaken the daunting task to bring key perpetrators to justice.”

India, on Friday, gave a fitting response to Pakistan at the United Nations by highlighting that the neighboring nation has now become synonymous with terrorism. A statement made by India’s First Secretary to the United Nations, Eenam Gambhir said, “Pakistan is now Terroristan.”

But the Pakis deny all this. You can't wake a person who is pretending to be asleep. As a result of which they are going deeper into the rabbit hole.
