If you have worked abroad then how are you unemployed? You must have a highly attractive experience roster? I mean how much are you expecting?

Mohandas Pai of Infosys was right on point when he said India doesn't have a job crisis but a wage crisis. Many new jobs pay as little as 10-15k a month which the college Graduate don't want to work for. Hence a crisis like situation.
