Maybe China understands the internal attention & right expenditure of resources. They have natural problems at home which might see greater funds than aid to Pak.looks like we are giving 3 times the amount China gave.

Death toll in China mudslide rises to 1,144, 600 missing
New rain piles on misery for China flood survivors
But India will give more aid to Pak because India is already surplus country no? :emot15:
According to senior officials, schools, hospitals, houses and roads planned with money given by foreign governments and international aid groups remain unbuilt almost five years after the earthquake which killed 80,000 and left four million people homeless.
"There's reluctance, even people in this country are not giving generously into this flood fund because they're not too sure the money will be spent honestly," he told The Daily Telegraph.
Mr Zardari has already been criticised for his handing of the floods after failing to cancel his foreign trip, which included a meeting with David Cameron at Chequers, despite scale of the disaster. So far 14 million people need help and 1,600 have died, making it the world's worst humanitarian disaster, according to the UN.
Mr Zardari has now failed to cancel a trip to Russia next week but has scaled it down from a two-day visit to a one-day visit.
Earthquake reconstruction directors were first told their budgets were being cut in March 2009 when 12 billion Pakistan Rupees (£90 million) was diverted from their budget to other government projects. They were told: "When we have the money we will pay you," said one senior official. "All the money was given by Western governments, but they said 'we have so many other problems,'" he added.
Officials said as all the earthquake reconstruction projects had been identified and budgeted for with funds donated by foreign governments and aid agencies, there was no justification for the cuts.
The officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the ongoing investigation, said that a large portion of the money sent from Britain to the charity was siphoned off and ultimately used to prepare for the attacks. The officials said that about 5 million British pounds, or $10 million, was transferred to Pakistan, but that less than half was used for relief operations after the earthquake last October, which killed tens of thousands of people.
$ 5m is nothing, India being the claimant of emerging superpower should come up with the bigger offer.
I want to give a open offer to people daring to make the bolded statement -See there sense of entitlement, these guys are demanding more instead of being thankful

Ya its all india's fault that its home secretary spoke truth. As a large country "that is doing so well economically," India should "look at the misery of Pakistan during the unprecedented floods, put aside our differences and help Pakistan," says Aziz Memon, chairman of the $100-million Kings group of Pakistan
How do you look at the recent Foreign Ministers meet which began well but ended in a fiasco?
The comments made by your Interior (Home) Secretary were not required. But we need more trust and confidence and have to clear the backlog that we are carrying. Pakistan is bleeding with terror, and this concession has to be given to us.
Do you expect more generosity from India, the bigger country?
Yes, it is larger and doing so well economically; it has to carry its neighbours along. Also as we discussed at the Rotary conference if we improve the interaction between civil society and the media, our trade and business ties, etc., we can solve many issues. In the past, the politicians have said let's first resolve Kashmir, but I say put trade and commerce first. Today we need to get yarn and machinery from India, India has to get cement and other things from Pakistan. I know for sure that both your Prime Minister and our President want better relations but are shy about the backlash at home.
Do anyone like to p!ss on their own face, if yes then this is the article to read
Well you have to pay jaziya if you wish to live in south aisa.First Congress I and its stooges launched a media campaign to see how Indians will react to news if India will help Pakistan. As usual hyper Informed and over educated elements; by forgetting recent past started dictating others with their nauseating wisdom that its better to help Pakistan.
I can see how Indians are getting back stabbed by this spineless corrupt govt in Power.
Today on 15th August when my nation was freed from Imperial aliens we dreamed off a better and prejudice less life under this flag and united nation. By the course of time nothing has changed we are aging fighting and living a life full of fraud and frustration, which our forefathers suffered. Now we are being deceived by Powers within and outside. Both have been oppressing our freedom first by not conveying the right message and risking our credibility for which the later makes mockery of by raising war through and through against us.
I protest and oppose this donation of our hard earn money as aid to Pakistan by India.
