It was shelved after it lost to the LM X-35 in the JSF contest. All critical technologies were bought by LM to incorporate into the F-35. Why would India want to buy an outdated piece of equipment?

AMCA is a twin engine design. So air frame will be vastly different. Either way, it wont be for sale and it wont make sense to buy.

No. That aircraft is ugly. You know the old adage in aircraft design: "If it looks good, it flies good." And I think a reverse would also be true.

No just saying how pointless the question was. Next time, try downloading the photo and then later upload it on some other website on a neutral name and then post it here and it will be a real challenge to find out what the Aircraft is
