Here's a more detailed and accurate version of the skin color chart: For me, the parts that are exposed to sun (i.e forearms, face) are like 20-21, most other parts are like 17. So I ll go for 18-20.
That's because they took the surface of a sphere (spheroid to be precise) and spread that out on a 2D plane. BTW, Greenland is white. Perhaps they are not talking about humans, but white polar bears. Interestingly, polar bears might be white, but that is by virtue of their fur; their skin is black!

"Native" term for Australia is quiet tricky... Aboriginal people of Australia have Y Chromosome known as "M130." They're closest cousins (the same Chromosome) can also be found on the Southern tip of India, Indonesia, Sabah, Philippines, Japan and North America (among other countries). So according to the above migration patterns which is based on genetic studies it would appear that aboriginal Australians are actually also "migrants" to Australia, the only difference is that they arrived much earlier than the Europeans.
