the main problem of F22 is:-
1)can't engage in DOG fights..
2)vunerable to RAIN
3)ist skin is hitech but can even with stand rifiles bullets..
4)will have criticall failure for every 1.7 hours of flying..
5)cant communicate with its friendly USAF fighter because it STEALTHY....
and very costly plane...but not cost-effective...

The only defences they both share are both clones of Thales instruments, ie Crotale and Goalkeeper. The two combined on their frigates might stop 2-3 missiles, but a coordinated attack will send it to the bottom easy. The Sovremeny's might stop 4-5 but that HQ-9 junk isn't even in the ballpark.
