How to disable camera in secured areas

For Android phone holders - there is an application which disable your camera when entering into secured areas (location should be pre-defined).

My experience is that when cameras are forbidden in secure areas, you will find yourself in trouble by having one. Explaining that you have an "app" to disable it will not impress security personnel, and they will probably confiscate it.
