Having a GF helps a lot, spending time with my gf relaxed me a lot but now that i am away and i tried to break up all my stress is back and my life feels meaningless.

I think the only way is to exercise because exercise produce endorphin's which relax you and does not give you guilt over all that crap you have been eatting. Other than that just weather the storm out, it gets better after while till the next bout of stress hits you. lol.
