Well it is logical for israel to assist isis because they're (isis) inept against a strong force. Assad would put up a more sophiticated defense compared to run of the mill thugs that isis are. Furthermore both there enemies are fighting against each other and they dont want assad to finish of isis so that they continue to fight against each other. Israel is acting on its national interest, whether it is moral or not is irrelevent. Its no surprise that in some border regions of syria isis and israel are just across the field from each other and there have been no instances of fighting between them, infact israel has even given use of its hospitals to injured isis fighters.

If isis were to win, israel would start bombing them. They aren't idiots and know what they're doing and aren't hiding it either.

Not only in Syria. Israel Setuped more and more Field Hospitals All around he world when countries in Crisis. You know that Israel have field Hospitals in War torn Ukraine too
