Taliban was created by Saudi's and Pakistani's , US has not played a role there.

Taliban are created for the purpose making Afghanistan a Vietnam like situation for the Soviets, funded and trained by CIA , ideology from Saudis who also funded by middle east.

Pakistan continued the same policies until USA returned to Afghanistan. When a small power tries to do what a super power did in 1970's with out knowing the full consequences of their policies the situation some times becomes dangerous, particularly when many powers are battling for space in Afghanistan.

what about part of POK that Pakistan gave away to PRC and that is linked to 1962.

People of Kashmir have been lied to. This is evidenced by the ease Pakistan give away Kashmir land. Under property law can you give away land that does not belong to you and has a title issue hanging over it (this might be a difficult question to answer and needs to be synced with Pakistan official position on Kashmir - i am not sure that Pakis understand that).

Pakistan morale support is only "anti-India" not anything else and least of all for benefit of Kashmir people (their land is given away too easily by Pakis). There is also the predominate Shia population in POK that is being discriminated against. One can say everything but 1962 was when India fought for Kashmir land and its peoples that is integral part of India. It was also a good lesson that we need to be prepared for people that might back-stab (a useful lesson for Pakistan in its relations with PRC).
