A riot might have happened in Xinjiang yesterday

according to unofficial news fomr some bbs, about 300 uygurs with guns and other knives tried to prevent policemen with violence when policemen tried to arrest some suspects of one explosion assault in one village in Shache,XInjiang.


then ,conflicet happened, 7 policemen died and 6 wounded while 20+ uyghurs were shot dead and 60 were arrested.

CHines policemen are looking after the rest ones who were involved in the riot all over the city.

Dozens of civilians were killed and a number of others injured in a knife attack in China, police said Tuesday.
The killings occurred Monday morning in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Xinhua reported.
Assailants armed with knives attacked a police station and government offices in Elixku Township, and some moved on to the nearby Huangdi Township, attacking civilians and smashing vehicles as they passed.
Dozens of Uygur and Han civilians were killed or injured, according to the local police.
Thirty one cars were vandalised, including six which were set on fire.
Initial investigation showed that it was a premeditated terror attack. Further investigation is underway.

Being able to read English news gives me more understanding to the way how journalism works, the same story could be presented totally different to the readers by using delicately choosed words. Western journalists are maters of this art.

No these very same people have carried out bombings in the region. The chinese authorities have done great job in stopping illegal of bomb making materials etc. So these scums don't do mass murders.

China has raised concern about the presence of Uighurs in Pakistan and we have arrested and handed over atleast 20 terrorists to them. But she hasn't blamed Pakistan for being involved in these attacks, hence issued statements that Pak-China friendship is only getting stronger.

The big question is which countries would benefit most if there was a rift between China and Pakistan. Do these countries have a presence in Afghanistan and means to transform Uighur seperatists into terrorists and send them to FATA?

Both China and Pakistan know the answer and I am sure they are doing enough to counter this threat from Afghanistan together.
