Yianis Varoufakis (the new Greek minister of Economy & financing) walking to the parliament.. (with the bag on his buck and the mobile ... transpassing though with red light) No armoured cars , no guards..

Few more years and Greece economy will meet the criteria of joining Eurasian customs union. Some consolation for Putin for losing Ukraine.
the question is not leaving EU but the eurozone. at the moment small, because if that happens, Greece will radicly slip away from the EU/NATO influence and go the Russian way. This is realy the strong playcard of the Greek goverment that every one knows but nobody speaks out. The popular centiment in Greece is very much pro russian and that not only from the left Syriza goverment but also from the far right wing as far as Golden dawn.. specialy within the army.. =================== Greek debt = 320 BILLION euros = 180% GDP !!! so fu...ing them up and going to drahma is an atractive alternative.. because we will get rid of this unaffortable debt.. ========================== in the foto New Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias (first from the left, Atheist and ex member of the politea berau of the Greek Communist party - KKE) and Russian patriot and political theorist Aleksandr Dugin (centre), in Athens 2013 =============== here is Putin visiting Greek Orthodox Monastries in the mount Athos
But how will Russia be able to help Greece in any way? They themselves are being screwed over by the Americans and Saudis. Their finances are stretched, and the US will not spare them. Oil price crash will squeeze Russia to the core.
5-10B$ is not a big issue for Russia. But even so , is not sure they will be needed from Greece , but are used as a wild card in the bargening with EU .. so Greece cannot be black mailed.. China also is an other option .. Greece also plays the TAP card with Azeris , as they are trying to pass their gase tubes from Greece .. people in EU / NATo know that if SYRIZA failes.. then issues in Greece can go realy the wrong way for them , as KKE (http://www.kke.gr/) and Golden Dawn ( http://xryshaygh.com/en/ http://www.xryshaygh.com/en/view/greece-russia-syriza-and-golden-dawn ) WILL rise up their %
Oh you guys have a strong Orthodox Fraternity with Russia, I though most of East Europe is anti-Russia particularly EU states. Moving back to Drachma would have a bad effect on Euro but how do you think it would solve their debt crisis.
Swapping back to drachma Greece would b able to repay her debts in drachma and devalue it at will. Grexit sounds a smart answer to the crisis. Now that Syriza has put privitization on hold how would Russians or Chinese b willing to give a hand for the bailout without any collateral? ~~War is peace, freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength. ~~from my MiPad using tapatalk
Greece - Serbia - Hungary - Cyprus are pro Russia Going back to Drahma means that we have no more obligation to pay the debt as there will no issue of black mail and funding frpm EU but so far this issue is not seen for the short future
