Depends on whether the restaurants are Punjabi or Bengali or South Indian...Each one has its high points...

In kolkatta - also do have bengali food, and nizam's kathi rolls ! yb knows my opinion of kolkatta restaurants though !

Thupka is simply boiled noodles with chicken, Egg, Vegetables, with spicy soup..

Kathi rolls are great but fatty, Cant eat more than two..
