By criminalizing a consensual relationship between two people, the state is actually wasting more time and money on stopping this "crime". Instead, the government should let people decide what they want to their with life and move on.

BJP government didn't ban Homosexuals, they have been banned since at least the British era, therefore they haven't wasted any time to carry on the former policy. They are actively spending time on nonsense like this instead of issues that their voters actually care about/need and are of civilizational importance.

Consensual relationships between two people can involve many things. If the government/society deems something harmful, they are going to act on it. There is a reason that INC hasn't acted on this for so many decades, many of their voters deem this harmful. The evidence from the West is that this is a slippery slope that will eventually lead to demanding "equality" regarding marriage and finally child adoption, like they do in the West. The evidence from the West implies that this won't end here and is a slippery slope toward normalizing incest, peadophillia, beastiality etc that is happening in the west,

Yes, BJP did not introduce this legislation but the state has to waste money and resources to put these people behind the bar, and put hurdles in their way to enjoy their basic right etc

I never said it doesn't exist in India. Goa was the hub for sexual abuse of kids.
I have different points, you can go thru beginning.

Nitpicking here, but it isn't a "basic right" as it is currently criminalized in India. You can say that you think it should be a basic right, but it is currently not a basic right.

What is the difference in rate of Std? It 17 times more for homosexual for anal cancer . This due to level of unprotected sex and the high no of sexual partners. This can be avoided by changing their lifestyle to have less unprotected sex and sexual partners but that does the gay activist demand. More money for research. This money can be better spend for studying cancer or other diseases

The reason why section 377 was not removed was that it allows child abuser special of male children to be prosecuted as there is no such that as male rape victims or female rapist according to Indian law. Thank feminist for that.

LGBT rights must be supported, but the problem is that their agenda and representation has been completely hijacked by the left wing. Just see the recent pride march which happened in Delhi - So many JNU/AISA/AIPWA members.

You know that AIDS is prevalent in straight people as well? And that it is one disease that affects the complete mankind and not just gay people? And we are talking about government spending we mean finding the cure for the disease. Everyone has to pay for their own treatment once we know how to cure it, whether gay or straight bar government subsidies which every citizen should be entitled regardless of their sexuality. Even if there were no gay people with AIDS they would be millions of straight people with such diseases. There are no diseases that only affect gay people and not straight people.

And yes they are not demanding the government to change their lifestyle because the government is not stopping them that just like they are not stopping you and me! What they are demanding is to decriminalizing consensual relationship between two people of same-sex which is criminalized under Section 377 of IPC. People need to be educated about harms of unprotected sex through sex education which again is lacking in our country and yes even straight people have unprotected sex.

*facepalm* No section 377 is not to protect children. For the purpose of protecting children from sexual offences we have Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences act, 2012 or the POSCO act

    Here is the act:-

Read the act of sexual assualt, it only applies to male but section 377 can be used if the attacker is female.
That rate is due lack of unprotected sex. HIV is a virus and virus are very resilient. Most viruses treatment relies on body to do the actual fighting, which is not possible in HIV. The only way to combat STD is protect sex. But protected sex in mainly associated with family planning in India so many married couples do not use it. STD is lower in homosexual who use condom. Instead of spending money on treatment, first we need to step spreading of STD.

You keep bringing in new facts which are not only wrong (except one in this latest post) but also irrelevant to the discussion. There only two ways to spreading of a disease:-
1.) Curing those who have disease
2.) Educating people about safe sex practices to make sure no more people contract it and it does not spread till the disease is totally eliminated.

Now coming back to the topic

Section 377 deals with unnatural sexual offenses which includes beastality. But it is also being used to harass gay men and women. Also, it does not differentiate between consensual and non-consensual sex. You see the problem? There is a need to amend this particular section in such a way that while it does criminalizes non-consexual sex of forms covered under this section yet does not criminalizes consensual sex between two same-sex adults.

    https://www.mapsofindia.com/my-india/social-issues/reality-behind-male-rape-cases-in-india
Section 377 is used for man on man rape. Until and unless rape law includes male victims, there is no point in taking out section 377.
India has a poor disease control record. Condom ads are banned for certain time intervals. Our sex Ed doesn't tell any thing about symptoms of STDs or what is safe sex. As a society we do not care about sexual health.

THAT IS WHAT I SAID! There is a need to make an amendment so it can be used to punish non-consensual sex yet not harass consensual sex between two gay people. Or there is a need for a totally new law.

Repeal Sec 377 -> Gay Marriage -> Gay Adoption -> Trans Identity -> For kids ->Paedophilia,Beastality.

Give them an inch and they will take a mile. Never allow degeneracy into society. It has ruined the Western world. Now they try to spread this filth in India. Thank god for kattarwad conservative BJP and deeply religious India.

Normally I don't share such things but to be honest..
I am personally feel shame in kissing my gf in open neither she nor me finds it comfortable, even talk about sex in open is something unusual for me apart for sex education. These things are something personal and moment which is for you and your partner in solitary.

But some retards of the world want to show others that they are now educated, they have rights and they want to show their personal positions openly. if some one has some change in orientation it's their personal choice. What is there to tell openly that oh I am this I am that... what exactly you are trying to prove? You want to enjoy the moment or you enjoy more telling people that you have a dick and you took a dick in your ass last friday.

If you have problem in finding partner, well then use internet or simply mention your orientation silently.

People have lot's of problems in the world. No one is interested in this.

Are progressives normalising paedophilia? 11 year old dances at a gay bar while adults throw money at him
The developments ought to concern us in India as well considering the fact that Indian liberalism is Western Progressivism with a time lag.

On the 1st of December, an 11-year old kid, dressed in drag attire, danced in a sexually provocative manner at a gay bar in New York called ‘3 Dollars Bill’, the Daily Wire has reported. The matter was first raised by YouTuber Yosef Ozia of Ozia Media.

The media outlet reported, “The child, Desmond Napoles, was dressed as a Gwen Stefani-lookalike — full drag makeup, a blonde wig, and crop top included — as he bounced around onstage to No Doubt’s “Like a Girl” and collected dollar bills from male adults viewing the number.”

People on Twitter were horrified at the exploitation of the child by his parents. The child’s parents are being accused of brainwashing him to benefit themselves financially.

Sexualizing and promoting a 10-year-old drag queen this way is just shameful.

And it’s not just the gay community.

Desmond was on Good Morning America just last month: https://t.co/efVPBqmyaD

Where is our moral compass as a society? https://t.co/Ip8WRXfTDD

Some have also called it ‘criminal’ on the part of the parents.

11-Year-Old Boy Dressed In Drag Dances At Gay Bar, Gets Dollar Bills Thrown At Him

“When Desmond was just six years old, he was featured in a music video with drag queen and Season Six winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race…”

Six years old. This is criminal. https://t.co/oB4aTpMewv

    — John Cardillo (@johncardillo) December 18, 2018

People also pointed out the duplicity of the mainstream narrative. They said that if it were a little girl at a bar who dressed in such a manner and had money thrown at her by straight males, there would be immediate arrests.

An 11 year-old boy in drag danced At night in a club for money. This is sexual abuse & child abuse. If this was a little girl dancing in a club while straight men threw money at her there’d be arrests, child taken into protective custody and club shutdown. https://t.co/ZFUNj7GjjD

10-year old boy dances on stage for cash at adult “queer” nightclub.

If this were a 10-year-old girl, there would be outrage & phone calls to child protection.

But Desmond is a famous “drag kid”, so his sexualization is just fun & games.#groominghttps://t.co/Wt29CF2j4D pic.twitter.com/6Fs0fQXDFX

    — Ystriya #MeghanMurphy (@ystriyahysteria) December 15, 2018

The mainstream media has long promoted Desmond as an inspirational figure and branded his parents as ‘progressive heroes’. To anyone who still has a brain, the entire charade reeks of paedophilia.

We have earlier reported on the attempts to normalize paedophilia in the West. In an independently organized TEDx event in Germany, the speaker painted paedophiles as victims and asserted that they deserve ‘acceptance’.

There have also been attempts by certain sections of the LGBT community to expand the eternally growing set of letters in the acronym to include ‘P’ for Pedophilia. Thus far, it has not found acceptance within the mainstream community.

However, ‘Drag Kids’ have widespread acceptance in the community, a phenomenon that is deeply problematic. Kids are also being encouraged to receive hormone therapy before reaching adolescence merely because they ‘feel’ they were born in the ‘wrong body’. The ‘feelings’ may well be temporary but hormone therapy is permanent and there’s no going back from it.

The developments ought to concern us in India as well considering the fact that Indian liberalism is Western Progressivism with a time lag. The ideas that gain prominence in the West are automatically applied to the Indian context by liberals here. We saw that with the ‘Blacks Live Matter’ narrative which was transported to and furthered by hard-line Leftist under the banner of ‘Dalit Lives Matter’. The concept of ‘White Supremacy’ was applied as ‘Brahmin Supremacy’. Progressivism considers White Males to be the root of all problems while in India, liberals demonize Brahmin males.

Therefore, the normalization of paedophilia in the West ought to concern us all.

There is a thing called manufactured grievances. Baseless complaints from gay community falls into that category. You can always find few corrupt people in any group and make them tow your line.
