One of my colleagues visited Sri Lanka on business trip recently. He visited a few Tamil areas and told me gruesome tales. He told me that in several localities in North he could not find one Male in the age group 14-30. Is this the extent of genocide we are talking about? Is the ego of our queen bigger than the interest and sentiments of our people? Is the Tamil community in Sri Lanka having to pay for the follies of a few bombers who killed one of our senior politicians (good riddance)?

So finaly someone opens their eyes to the atrocity. Truth is the same terrorist organisation killed Tamil youth too.
They got screwed both ways. Remaining study in India, and the affluent abroad I guess.

This is shameful, in the same way we forsake Ang san suki in Burman, the only time Indian foregin policy had respect over seas was when NDA was ruleing. This is shameful, left to the congress we would have never tested the nuclear weapons either. Just remained in a shell of fear.

You know what is the worst part? Those two tamil parties are playing with the future of those hapless people. Why can't they put pressure on the central government and force the not-so-singh to do something. If we cannot protect people in our neighbourhood, we have no right to talk about human rights on international forums.

DMK must pull support and rid people of this country of this disease, but wait for that guy future of his daughter is more important than the future of his community.

Then why do these hypocrites take credit for freedom of Bangladesh and claim how we saved them from genocide? We cannot close our eyes and let the humanity suffers. Is this the way India wishes to play "Global Power"? This is not politics, this is cowardice.
Its easy to say this but, can we compare today from yesterday ? are they same ?

We accomplish two goals there..

1. There was no east Pakistan as a second thread for India, Strategically.. ( Otherwise today India would have three fronts )

2. We saved millions Bengali people there..

Regarding Srilanka its a shame for Us the People the citizen not for gov, Gov see it differently..

In general, what you are referring as India is a monarchy regime. Common man never represent India but who is in the chair.

We liberated Bangladesh - because Indiraji like it
We remain silent in SL genocide - because Soniaji like it

Exactly and why the fcuk should the India be given a UN permanent seat?

Add my previous point to my Favourite line- you cant beg for respect, you have to demand/Command it. You cant cammand repect by licking a neighbor for its atrocities:nono:

DMK are a bunch of bastards whose only care is to earn the maximum amount possible when in power and to keep the first family as obscenely rich as possible. So they wont do it. No way. Here is a cartoon from the tamil blogs

DMK and its motto

Now here is one regarding the SL tamil issue

^^ for those who dont understand Tamil, the Cartoon depicts the great Bast**** adressing the graves of SL tamils regarding the stopping of the genocide in 2009 Campaign:mad::rage:

After the end of Nehru era, North-West Indian lobby became the king-maker, many of them migrated to India after the division. Hindi belt was weakened by stopping the central funds, South India was humiliated on cultural and racial grounds. Truth is that we are being ruled by the same people who were conferred Lordship and what not in return to their services towards the Great British Empire.

One fine example is the treatment meted on our current chief, whose actions potentially disrupted the "succession plan". Please do a bit of research on the profile of the person who is going to become the chief, and the person who will succeed him.

These people don't feel the agony of our citizens living in the North East, they are allowing people to die of poverty and disease in the areas they call "Bimaru (Bihar-MP-Rajasthan-UP)", they show no sympathy towards the victims of genocide in our neighbourhood.

Living in high offices these people cannot feel the pain of common people. Anna Hazare was correct when he said that we need another "Independence Movement" to gain freedom in real sense.

Have your friend ever visited Wellawatta (a Colombo locality which is dubbed as little Jaffna)?

Colombo is a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural city. The population of Colombo is a mix of numerous ethnic groups, mainly Sinhalese, Moors and Tamils. There are also small communities of people with Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch, Malay and Indian origins living in the city, as well as numerous European expatriates. Colombo is the most populous city in Sri Lanka, with 642,163 people living within the city limits.[26] In 1866 the city had a population of around 80,000.[27] According to the census of 2001 the demographics of urban Colombo by ethnicity is as follows
No Ethnicity Population % Of Total
1 Sinhalese 265,657 41.36
2 Tamils 185,672 28.91
3 Moors 153,299 23.87
4 Indian Tamils 13,968 2.17
5 Malay 11,149 1.73
6 Burghers 5,273 0.82
7 Sri Lankan Chetty 740 0.11
8 Bharatha 471 0.07
9 Other 5,934 0.96
10 Total 642,163 100
Where is the genocide friend?
