    GoI also warned BB and Skype to fall in line or else shut shop. Their encryption methods are among the world's toughest to crack. Popular among terrorists and potential terrorists. They should follow the laws of the land.

    the main point is kremlin has rejected the move , FSB is incharge of homeland security they make proposals from time to time
