Freedom of Sindh and Water from India & Punjab

I have gone through several posts and threads here in this forum. Many of the people have commented that India will divert water flows in case Pakistan is broken down.
This matter (water) is really serious for us the Sindhis, because we are at the tail where Indus river merges with sea at Indus Delta and currently we are facing an extreme water shortfall.
If India stops/diverts our water then we can not be friends!!!!
How to sort this out? because Punjabis extremists, Taliban, Pak Army (Punjabi+Pakhtun) & the ISI are our (India & Sindh) common enemy. Only they will benefit of it.
