Need to apologize to all members here who posted on the indo-israeli section
all the posts in that section got deleted due to a technical hitch while the forum was being upgraded.


the dfi staff team apologizes to all the members whose posts were deleted it was not deleted or edited by any of the staff it was a mere accident and we hope to avoid such things in the future.

Forum moderation.

MEMBERS of dfi you are welcome to post unlimited number of threads but every week to ten days the forum will be under moderation where threads with less response will be shifted to the relevant news update section, while the hottest threads will remain. in this way we aim to achieve better management of the dfi forum.

members we have with us some respected men from the military we expect all our members to be respectful towards them. Please do not address them as "dude" or "buddy".
We strongly discourage use of sms language in our forum posts.

THE DFI STAFF reserves the right to delete/edit certain posts and threads if it aims to bring down the quality of discussions. the reason sited will be "low quality posts" and depends on the discretion of the staff. please avoid the one liners.

PLEASE POST NEW THREADS ABOUT DAILY NEWS FROM ROUND THE WORLD IN THERE.

also please use the current affairs section to post geopolitical or military related developments.

dfi an undergone quite a few changes it becomes important to notify all the members rabout this:--

1. the outlook has been made for userfriendly with forum arranged into better sections
new military history forum is put in place titled" wars and warheroes" the current affairs ,news and economy forums are set in a differet forum section.

2. gallery has been modified and notified in a separate thread.

3. new thumbnails put in place for every forum new sub-forum for sports is introduced
the addition of new modifications makes us possible to see the members visiting the forum every 24 hours

4. DFI is made limited viewing for guests from now on guests can view any 3 random threads before hey will be asked to register this will be the standard pattern from now on.
all members are notified to use the remember me button to get over this registration issue

5. new skin is already in place and members can choose the skin that suits them best

6. smilies have been updated , military pros can choose the titiles of their choice from now on

more functional updates to follow regarding the dfi blog, dfi gamesand arcade will be updates with host of new intersting games,

DFI MEMBERS the chinese section was very untidy and ugly after receiving complaints from the members we have narrowed down on 4 major chinese stickies.....
the sticky threads are

1. chinese political developments
2.chinese military discussions
3. rise of china -- strategic implications
4. free- tibet
5..riots in china

all these threads are on chinese section

1.countering chinese influence in south asia,
2.war on 2 fronts thread


members please post in correct threads and do not open unnecessary new threads i the section the section is highly monitered by the dfi team , no trolling or personal attacks..
