Yeah, the T20 generation, but i dont mind the same guy winning as long as its a close competition which it understandably hasn't been. Hopefully it will be close this year.

Resentment against Vettel is because of his continuous wins with very little competition throughout. He won mostly because he had a better machine at his hand. Also he denied a win to Mark Webber despite instructions from team & he came across as a prick. Mark Webber is an Australian & therefore Australian cheered when Vettel failed.

Its now officially being confirmed that Daniel Ricciardo will be excluded from results due to some high fuel flow during race. It means Force India will gain 3 additional points with Hulkenburg moving to position 6 & Sergio Perez to position 10.

Hell we missed the all Mercedes Podium Photoshoot, anyway Mercedes dominate the score board,This year might be fruitful for Mercedes.

Kevin Magnussen seems very promising for McLaren team, I wont be surprise if McLaren take the second position in the championship list, My money is in Mercedes as #1.

Favorite Driver for the session = Lewis Hamilton

Sachin Tendulkar and family invited to Bahrain Grand Prix

Sachin Tendulkar and his family has been invited by Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa for the first night race in Bahrain ever.

Cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar will be in the visitors gallery to watch the Bahrain Grand Prix scheduled to be held next month. Bahrain's first-ever Formula One night race will be held at Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir from April 4 to 6. Tendulkar, who retired from all forms of cricket last year, will travel to Manama with his family at the invitation of Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, reported Gulf Daily News. Leading Bahraini businessman Mohammed Dadabhai, who is a friend of the cricketer, has confirmed the visit. "This is great news that will bring both Bahrain and India closer as the cricketing idol has accepted the invitation to visit Bahrain to attend this year's Formula One race," Dadabhai was quoted as saying. "There is no doubt that Sachin Tendulkar, who is visiting with his family, will be one of the main attractions of this major event and we are happy that the most popular cricketer in the world is visiting Bahrain," he added.

Qualifying - Hamilton storms to wet-weather pole in Malaysia 29 Mar 2014

Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton raced to his second straight pole position of the 2014 season and his 33rd overall in a rain-delayed qualifying session in Sepang on Saturday. With heavy rain making conditions treacherous, it was Hamilton who came to the fore, producing a scintillating lap to edge Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel for P1 and pull level with the great Jim Clark as Britain’s best qualifier. The rain began falling heavily around 35 minutes before the start of qualifying, and so it was no surprise when the scheduled start of Q1 at 16.00 was initially delayed 15 minutes, and then again in 15-minute chunks, until conditions were finally deemed acceptable for a start at 16.50. As the two Mercedes led the field out of the pit lane, further rain was expected. After their problems on Saturday morning in FP3, McLaren gambled on full wet tyres, but that soon proved to be a mistake and both Jenson Button and Kevin Magnussen rushed into the pits for intermediates. Up front Nico Rosberg edged out team mate Hamilton with 1m 57.183s to 1m 57.202s. Vettel, meanwhile, did well to jump up to third on 1m 57.654s, once a car problem was fixed by a systems reset in the pits. As the rain picked up, Pastor Maldonado was the first one to fail to make Q2, lapping his Lotus in 2m 02.074s. Adrian Sutil struggled to 18th in the Sauber on 2m 02.131s, with Jules Bianchi twitching his way round in 2m 02.702s for Marussia. Kamui Kobayashi struggled to 2m 03.595s for Caterham as Max Chilton’s efforts yielded 2m 04.388s in the second Marussia.

Never has both the Force India's ended up finishing with good points on the bag, its always something or the other with the other car.

Nice to see for once change in the national anthem in podium:p, got tired of the german anthem.

Ricciardo given 10-place
Bahrain grid penalty

Daniel Ricciardo has been handed a 10-place grid penalty for next weekend’s 2014 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix following an unsafe release from his third pit stop in Sunday's race in Malaysia. The Australian had pitted from fourth on track, but was released from his pit box with the left front wheel of his RB10 improperly secured. Under 2014's revised regulations, any driver who is unsafely released not only incurs a 10- second stop and go penalty if they continue in the race, but also receives an automatic 10-place grid drop for the subsequent event. Red Bull were also reprimanded by the stewards in Malaysia after a member of team personnel was found to have not worn head protection during a pit stop.

Qualifying - Rosberg leads
Mercedes front row lock-out
in Bahrain

05 Apr 2014

Mercedes locked out the front row of the grid during a floodlit qualifying in Sakhir on Saturday, but in a reverse of the form seen during practice, it was Nico Rosberg who turned the tables on team mate Lewis Hamilton to grab pole position by nearly three- tenths of a second. In Q1, the pack was shuffled as Sauber led a late charge onto the softer Pirelli tyre and were followed by everyone bar the Mercedes and Daniel Ricciardo’s Red Bull. Force India’s Nico Hulkenberg ended up heading the times with 1m 34.874s from the similarly shod Williams of Valtteri Bottas on 1m 34.934s and the other Force India of Sergio Perez on 1m 34.998s. Down the back, it was very tight as McLaren’s Kevin Magnussen leapt from 19th to seventh right at the end and Romain Grosjean bumped Lotus team mate Pastor Maldonado into the drop zone, with 1m 36.654s just trumping the Venezuelan’s 1m 36.663s. Sauber’s Adrian Sutil was also right in there with 1m 36.840s, but the stewards are investigating an incident in which the German appeared to impede Grosjean. Caterham and Marussia both showed that they have made significant progress since 2013, and were much closer to their lower midfield rivals. All four of their drivers went for soft tyres in Q1, and Kamui Kobayashi emerged fastest for Caterham with 1m 37.085s. Jules Bianchi was right on the Japanese driver’s tail with 1m 37.310s for Marussia. Marcus Ericsson was there too with 1m 37.875s in the second Caterham, with Max Chilton close on 1m 37.913s in the other Marussia.
