Expect a Chinese attack by June/July!

cheif has to think about is date of birth , dont you think there no need to open his mouth

well fact is that we are not in condition to fight with china , first we have to increase our strength then we have to speak

Chief is doing his duty. It includes whatever that is needed to speak out in demanding circumstances.

1. China is aggressively building infra in border areas.
2. China is not respecting international protocols.
3. China is refusing to recognize Indian territories.
4. We fought war with this arrogant country over similar border dispute.

In such situation, what is needed out of Chief is to induce confidence among Indian citizens that any Chinese misadventure will be dealt appropriately. It also boosts armed force's moral, while assuring them of stiffness in Army's point-of-view.

As for the latter part, no country is ever prepared for war.

IMO what Chief hinted is that in the event of Chinese aggression, it is likely that other countries will also become party to the conflict.
